I have been with Cerebral for years… I have been with Cerebral for years now...loved it...just needed meds maintenance. I have had a few different prescribers ..but now I had a new prescriber first time meeting with her. She felt I was taking 2 meds that were dangerous due to my age! How come it was fine for years but SHE is the only one to make that diagnosis....I am being canceled because her opinion is I need to drop those drugs and see someone in person...I am VERY disappointed in Cerebral...

Great Experience Dr. Taboh is great! I had such a good experience talking with her. She’s very professional. I felt very comfortable opening up to her about my anxiety and depression. My overall experience with Cerebral has been wonderful so far. I would recommend to friends and family.

Brilliant care team The team that I have been assigned with are amazing. They get back to your questions pretty quickly and are willing to work to get you what you need. The team is also great at listening and understanding to my experience with my illness. I'm very happy with this app/group of people.

I’ve been using Cerebral for a couple of years … I’ve been using Cerebral for a couple of years. I like the experience and convenience. They also have excellent customer service.

I would do a 4 1/2 stars but I can only… I would do a 4 1/2 stars but I can only do four or five the price is high but the quality of care convenience and level of understanding without judgement was on another level never did I once feel misunderstood or like how I’m feeling was/is wrong. Only positivity… also they have a pharmacy that can ship the medication directly to you if you don’t want to go to the pharmacy and pick up the prescription(s). Overall was nice just more expensive than most online mental health services available.
