GBFine if you’re in a pinch, but avoid it if you can. Fine if you’re in a pinch, but it’s always about money. Their policy doesn’t allow them to give a referral after an account is cancelled. I originally signed up because I didn’t have insurance, I saw them and ended being hospitalized for an attempt. After the hospital, I was eligible for insurance but it took a while to get set up and this was the only way to continue my medications. Back to present day, I am needing PHP because I am concerned about this happening again with my current circumstance. I cancelled my account because o didn’t want to pay and additional fee on top of the fees I have to pay for treatment. It’s only been 2 days btw since it was canceled btw. The only reason I’m writing this is if you may be needing higher level care in person mental healthcare, you’ll need to make sure you get a referral before you cancel or you’ll be scrambling like me. Thankfully I have someone that is able to help me figure out next steps. Anyone who suffers from a mental illness can understand how difficult it can be navigating these things. Good luck everyone and stay well. *update* As you can see in the reply (I also received an email) they apologized and reiterated the policy. It’s patronizing and condescending at this point. Not sure what the goal is here…considering the email exchange was plainly stating that I will continue to share my experience so no one else has to get caught up in a mental health crisis not having proper support. They are a business and if we are expected to be paying customers, then we have every right to share our experience. Especially at the expense of our health and safety.

GBUsing over a year I know with these rating systems, if it’s not a 5 stars it’s viewed as a 0. I like cerebral. My insurance actually pays for doctor on demand. 0 copay on my visits with them, but I just prefer cerebral. It’s always been easy to get in contact with someone if I had issues. If I need refills to hold me over to my next appointment, I contact them. Often, they contact me and ask me themselves. It’s a little pricey, but no more than all the other services. it suits my needs. I don’t have to leave my house (I’m always busy with work) I’m not sure how anyone can really have an issue with them. I’ve had providers changed on me a few times, but it always seems to be a pretty smooth transition. I’m now back to my original provider, Paige Westmoreland. she’s pretty cool and friendly. Been using it for over a year now.

GBKnowledgable prescriber Changed My Life Amber Lockman is my prescriber and she has helped me through very low times in my life. She put me on 2 medications several years ago that help me feel so much better every day. We have a call when it's needed and she is a wonderful listener. My thoughts and feelings are never irrelevant with her, regardless how irrational they can be. It feels good to have such a great person in my life.

GBBrilliant care team The team that I have been assigned with are amazing. They get back to your questions pretty quickly and are willing to work to get you what you need. The team is also great at listening and understanding to my experience with my illness. I'm very happy with this app/group of people.

GBI have been with Cerebral for years… I have been with Cerebral for years now...loved it...just needed meds maintenance. I have had a few different prescribers ..but now I had a new prescriber first time meeting with her. She felt I was taking 2 meds that were dangerous due to my age! How come it was fine for years but SHE is the only one to make that diagnosis....I am being canceled because her opinion is I need to drop those drugs and see someone in person...I am VERY disappointed in Cerebral...
