GBCerabral Considers Everything I have been cared for by 4-telemedicine companies. Cerebral is the best. Their technology is amazing and this is important. Many people with mental health issues avoid treatment because of lack of motivation stemming from their illness. Cerebral emails, texts and my care provider truly cares about my mental wellbeing. Anyone that is struggling should take the assessment. I finally was properly diagnosed, medicated (through the mail too), and treated every month.

GBDISPUTE THE CHARGES ! DISPUTE THE CHARGES Get ready for the next class action lawsuit. They mislead people into signing up and paying $95 and only then after you've paid do they say they can't prescribe adhd medication.

GBI’ve been using Cerebral for a couple… I’ve been using Cerebral for a couple years now and although I’ve had a couple different different providers. It’s been amazing care. Excellent top-notch care. I use it for my medication’s and I see a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Maribeth It’s so caring and she listens. She genuinely cares and she is very knowledgeable. When my insurance changed, I found out from Cerebral that they would send me invoices. That way my insurance could reimburse me for what I pay so I can stay with Cerebral. That’s how happy I was with the care and with Maribeth. I will continue to use Cerebral even if she leaves because the providers are amazing. I have to say though Maribeth is my favorite provider. I’ve also talked to someone else on a weekly basis, then on biweekly basis, and now on a monthly basis. It was provided to me as part of my Cerebral cost. She has been wonderful and carrying all of the sessions are short she’s been there for me and genuinely cares. I highly recommend using Cerebral.

GBFine if you’re in a pinch, but avoid it if you can. Fine if you’re in a pinch, but it’s always about money. Their policy doesn’t allow them to give a referral after an account is cancelled. I originally signed up because I didn’t have insurance, I saw them and ended being hospitalized for an attempt. After the hospital, I was eligible for insurance but it took a while to get set up and this was the only way to continue my medications. Back to present day, I am needing PHP because I am concerned about this happening again with my current circumstance. I cancelled my account because o didn’t want to pay and additional fee on top of the fees I have to pay for treatment. It’s only been 2 days btw since it was canceled btw. The only reason I’m writing this is if you may be needing higher level care in person mental healthcare, you’ll need to make sure you get a referral before you cancel or you’ll be scrambling like me. Thankfully I have someone that is able to help me figure out next steps. Anyone who suffers from a mental illness can understand how difficult it can be navigating these things. Good luck everyone and stay well. *update* As you can see in the reply (I also received an email) they apologized and reiterated the policy. It’s patronizing and condescending at this point. Not sure what the goal is here…considering the email exchange was plainly stating that I will continue to share my experience so no one else has to get caught up in a mental health crisis not having proper support. They are a business and if we are expected to be paying customers, then we have every right to share our experience. Especially at the expense of our health and safety.
