I had a good session with Dr I had a good session with Dr. Fan. He was very helpful. Talked about how to figure out what the best solution was for me. I am glad I spoke to him so now I know what my treatment plan is.

Using over a year I know with these rating systems, if it’s not a 5 stars it’s viewed as a 0. I like cerebral. My insurance actually pays for doctor on demand. 0 copay on my visits with them, but I just prefer cerebral. It’s always been easy to get in contact with someone if I had issues. If I need refills to hold me over to my next appointment, I contact them. Often, they contact me and ask me themselves. It’s a little pricey, but no more than all the other services. it suits my needs. I don’t have to leave my house (I’m always busy with work) I’m not sure how anyone can really have an issue with them. I’ve had providers changed on me a few times, but it always seems to be a pretty smooth transition. I’m now back to my original provider, Paige Westmoreland. she’s pretty cool and friendly. Been using it for over a year now.

I assume it will continue to improve. Keep in mind that if you don’t mesh with a provider, just keep switching until you find one you like.

Cerebral made it easy Cerebral made it easy to get the medicine I needed quickly. It was relatively inexpensive compared to going in real life to a psychiatrist, especially without insurance. From creating an account to picking up my meds took maybe 1-2 days. My prescriber is very kind and listened to all my concerns and checks in regularly.
