my experience with klarity although it was a bit rocky to start with my first provider i had picked out canceling my first appointment, klarity customer service went above and beyond to help resolve my issues and connected me with an excellent provider. she was caring, a good listener, asked me questions and also kept me informed on the treatment and medications im taking. my medicine was sent to a pharmacy right away and ready in a couple hours. the next day, i got an email from klarity support checking up on me. i look forward to my continued treatment through klarity. thank you so much for your great customer service

10/10 I feel very fortunate to have found Klarity. The service has been excellent and the staff both medical and non-medical have been awesome. Responses are always prompt and my issues are always addressed thoroughly. I can't say enough good things about my provider Kate, seriously one of the best providers I have ever had. My concerns never went unaddressed and as her patient I truly felt that I was always heard.

Such a scam...Previously diagnosed with… Such a scam...Previously diagnosed with ADHD but due to taking bupe, which other providers had no problems with, I basically paid $150 to be told to see psychiatrist? No option for noncontrolled substance or even weekly dose to build rapport.. I am going to try to dispute with my card because I should have been told they could not treat me before I was charged $150.

I love this company I love this company. It has helped me immensely with all my ADHD. I'm an introvert and really private so the fact that I don't have to leave my home makes this company a perfect fit for me. The layout of the web/app makes it really easy to sign your forms for your appointment, to request a video chat with your therapist or to request a prescription. Everything made simple. Thanks to the whole Klarity team for making my life a whole lot better.

My search for Behavioral assistance is over! It took me many weeks to find Behavioral care for my Anxiety. I feel like I accomplished my goals in this conversation with my therapist and will continue to use Klarity for my future appointments. Like many people across the country, I take care of an elderly parent with dementia. I find myself needing to be reassured every once and a while…the right mental health professional will give you much needed guidance and support. Compared to other clinics that I reached out to, I found Klarity a wonderful support for my days ahead!
