And it really helps when they confirm that your messages have been received immediately and they will be with you as soon as they can. my experience with klarity although it was a bit rocky to start with my first provider i had picked out canceling my first appointment, klarity customer service went above and beyond to help resolve my issues and connected me with an excellent provider. she was caring, a good listener, asked me questions and also kept me informed on the treatment and medications im taking. my medicine was sent to a pharmacy right away and ready in a couple hours. the next day, i got an email from klarity support checking up on me. i look forward to my continued treatment through klarity. thank you so much for your great customer service
