GBEffective customer support but have not… Effective customer support but have not yet received services, important to mention because that is the whole purpose of paying for this service. Klarity will not stop emailing me about providing this review, which is why I’m writing it now.

GBDo not trust this site Do not trust this site. I paid the $10 dollar fee to hold the initial consultation. The email I used to register was able to get me access to the portal, but it was empty. I could not modify the appointment. I emailed to get confirmation id the appointment existed. I did not receive any receipt for billing. When I emailed support, they requested a picture ID and last four of card, which I no longer felt secure in doing so. They could not find my email. The phone number on web page goes to a message. This was just a scam to get billed the 150.

GBI found that Klarity really has a lot… I found that Klarity really has a lot to offer . If you are having problems or questions on problems, they are pretty quick on responding swiftly. And it really helps when they confirm that your messages have been received immediately and they will be with you as soon as they can. I also appreciate that they do want to help you genuinely and care about their patients. I appreciate my nurse too, she listens to me and hears me with any concerns. Thank you Klarity!

GBmy experience with klarity although it was a bit rocky to start with my first provider i had picked out canceling my first appointment, klarity customer service went above and beyond to help resolve my issues and connected me with an excellent provider. she was caring, a good listener, asked me questions and also kept me informed on the treatment and medications im taking. my medicine was sent to a pharmacy right away and ready in a couple hours. the next day, i got an email from klarity support checking up on me. i look forward to my continued treatment through klarity. thank you so much for your great customer service
