6+ months, great experience I've been working with Klarity for ADHD med management for over 6 months now. I'd just moved, so I wasn't in a place to find an in-person dr yet, and now I don't think I'll bother. My provider has been incredible (I live in CA), always attentive & I feel very heard. She's able to reschedule when I need it last minute, answers my questions on vid & in the messaging portal, just 10/10 experience throughout my time. Highly recommend the platform & (personal tip) Costco pharmacy, especially in the midst of the Adderall shortage.

i cant reach anyone on the support… i cant reach anyone on the support team. no one has sent my refill request form this month and i have an appointment in a few days. ive been trying all morning to reach customer support. i noticed that they closed my tickets and they never responded to me. im worried sick i dont know what im going to do

Their support team is awesome Their support team is awesome. They've always been responsive via email and helped me with all of my issues. Klarity is a great resource for those of us who need quick management while getting more permanent care lined out or if you have insurance issues or no insurance at all. I would recommend them to anyone seeking help with managing their ADHD.
