I have been using Recoverwell since its… I have been using Recoverwell since its launch in 2021 and it has been a life changing tool for patients who come into the hospital seeking substance use treatment. With limited time in the emergency department and when patients get admitted, I often need to scramble to find treatment programs but Recoverwell allows me to contact multiple programs at once, thus increasing the chance of a patient getting help right away. I rarely have any issues with the platform, but if I ever do their help team is always available to fix anything! I have helped many patients over the past two years and I look forward to helping more patients.

Great Resource I am a patient advocate, Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor, and Substance Use Navigator. This is a great resource for linking my patients with other SUDs providers and services. Its very easy to use.

Hooray for Patient Advocacy! Amee with RecoverWell has been so helpful and timely in helping me connect the patients I serve get connected to treatment. Here in Santa Barbara County, our options for Medical (Cencal) recipients is very poor with over a month to get into treatment. With RecoverWell we are able to cast a wider net for the patients we serve in getting them into a program sooner. I am so grateful for RecoverWell!

Many Patients who enter the ER know… Many Patients who enter the ER know very little about their options for treatment. They know very few facilities and when they google for help, Ads for programs that cost a ton are frequently on the first page. With RecoverWell I have managed to find the best treatment options, great ratings on the facilities, affordable and real recovery happening. I manage to find Patients treatment within the hour and link them to a program. The fact that I'm able to find a treatment program so quickly has stunned everyone in my emergency department. Patients who have lost hope are now relieved when I can tell them I found a program that will accept them right away. Seeing the light of hope return to a Patient's eyes makes me not only feel like I did something great for this person, but it motivates me to continue using the platform to find the best care possible. I tell everyone about Recoverwell, I don't understand why someone wouldn't use it. It's been effective for me finding treatment programs and it's easy to use. I don't have to fax information anymore with fear that I dialed the wrong fax number and break HIPPA laws, I don't have to make a telephone call and be put on hold for long periods of time. I just put all the information needed and wait for a response from a program. Use Recoverwell !

Great forum to use for my clients! I was introduced to Recover Well less than a year ago and was impressed with the simple process and the volume of different programs that reached out to my client in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend.
