Great Company! Everything was done fairly quickly and I was able to get connected and spoke with someone in a timely manner. My ESA documents came in within a couple days and I was able to be approved for a rental home.

10/10 Experience, wasn't as difficult as I thought this process would be. I thought the process to enrolling my animals would take a lot longer & be a lot more paper work but going through ESA was very easy. I quite literally just looked up "how to enroll my animal as emotional support" & went from there. Although, I didn't expect a fee, it wasn't expensive which was good & it's cool you can add a whole bunch of things to your purchase, like a harness or framed documents for your animal. 10/10 experience, was no trouble for me.
