Highly Recommend I struggled with hair-pulling from the time I was a small child. At the time I didn't understand what was happening with me internally and neither did my parents or others around me. The Trichstop program has definitely changed my life. It is one of the best decisions I've made. I learned to become aware of the behavior and the settings and triggers that lead to the behavior. I now have the tools I need to live a life that is not dominated by hair-pulling. I have also learned so much more about myself thanks to the sessions with my therapist. I would 100% recommend the program to anyone who is seeking help with pulling-behavior. If you are dedicated to making the change and facing the things that are difficult to face, this program is going to work!

I love Trichstop!! Trichstop therapy was exactly what I needed to manage my stress and anxiety and stop my hair pulling. The program was very accessible and I felt like it addressed my needs so well. Vedrana was also very helpful and supportive. Her questions and comments really helped me understand and apply the concepts into my life. I'm so grateful for this program and the change it has made in my life.

I am someone who has pulled their hair… I am someone who has pulled their hair and picked their skin for the majority of my life. I have undergone different therapies with multiple therapists. Of all the different methods I have tried, TrichStop has been the most effective. The therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who suffers from hair pulling, skin picking or any other type of BFRB.

Best Program for Treating BFRB's I started TrichStop 2 and a half months ago and it has been such a pleasant experience. My therapist Lindsay helped me come up with a plan to reduce my hair pulling, lessen the shame and guilt I experienced after pulling, recognize my triggers, come up with coping mechanisms, etc. Since I've started TrichStop I have pulled less often and I have pulled less hair out than I used to. I still pull but when I do it isn't as severe and I can manage it better, it has also helped with my self-esteem. I've been pulling since I was about 9 or 10 and Im 22 now and I never thought it would get any easy but with TrichStop and Lindsays help it did. I highly recommend this program to somebody trying to stop hair pulling!

Feeling hopeful after 9 years of pulling When i started with Trichstop i had been pulling for 9 years, it was the start of the covid-19 pandemic and my pulling was at an all-time high. I was very skeptical that this program could truly make an impact. I went slow due to the hectic season of life i'm in, thus i spent 6 months working through the program. During that time i drastically lowered my amount of pulling, changed how i view it/feel about it, and although i'm not pulling-free now, its drastically reduced, and i have more hope and self confidence then i have since i started pulling. I worked with Vladimir and he was great. If your skeptical, give it a shot. Be true to yourself and give the program a fair shot!
