We attempted to use this service We attempted to use this service. When we set up an account I was supposed to receive an email, I did not. I attempted calling in several times with no response. Eventually Tim Murphy texted me. After about 6 hours he finally responded. I looked up reviews for this company and found out that their customer service is very poor. They charged me for setting up the account. When I wanted to cancel, Tim stated that they do not issue refunds. I ended up calling my financial institution and had the payment blocked. Stay away from this shady company.

Sid is the best! Our relationship counselor Sid has been a great help to us. She has a way of bringing our problems into focus and helping us to see them for what they are. At the same time she has a very warm and cheerful personality that makes it easier for us to open up and be honest with each other. She also has a great sense of humor. Our relationship is in a much better place than when we started and I can't say enough good things about her and her ability as a counselor. Thank you Sid!

Amazing! Abdul Qureshi is a phenomenal therapist. As a lesbian couple, we weren't sure about being matched with a therapist online we didn't know anything about but I'm so glad we ended up with him. He maintains the balance of being gentle while pushing us to reflect/be honest with ourselves. He's been prepared for each session with topics but is flexible when issues come up and we deviate from the topic. It's also great that he assigns "homework" and follows up with us in the next session. He's been very helpful and our communication has greatly improved after 3 sessions. We're looking forward to continuing our couples therapy journey with him.

Affordable ,convenient and helpful My husband and I have been seeing Mandy for 3 weeks now and she is awesome.
