Scam fake reviews Scam fake reviews, please don't rely on minded for help or prescriptions, Ive been charged 2x's and havent had one dr appointment, I've already emailed you right before I left this message asking for 2 refunds you've charged my credit card TWICE!!! Without any appointments being kept

Great first experience Great first experience. I was running late and the dr waited! It meant so much. I was already having a rough day and really needed this appointment. She listened and provided feedback. Gave options and also gave her honest opinion. I will definitely be continuing treatment. However, the UX of the site is a little difficult. I can see appointments, but am unable to make new appointments. The message symbol at the top always makes me think i have an unread message, but these are minor things!!

Sub-par service After always starting 10-20 minutes late, my provider takes off on tangents about himself and his issues, or is horribly improper and unprofessional with unnecessary side topics. Then in the last 5 minutes checks my pharmacy and says I seem good and he'll send refills. 15 minute appts with no time between appts for providers to put away one case and get another case opened does not feel like a good model. I feel like just another number having money sucked from me.

I have been assigned a new therapist… I have been assigned a new therapist due to my original leaving after almost a year working with her. My new care specialist is trying to get me off something, which I understand why of course, however this is the first time in this whole past year that I'm actually functioning. After trying so many different meds to get me where I am. So it's been stressing me out. Just would like deeper understanding of what I've been through and continously going through.

I love my provider and Minded! I have Ms. Kenny Adedayo as my provider. She is kind, patient and listens to anything you want to talk about without judgement. She is encouraging and knows just what to say to help motivate you in positive manner! I recommend her and Minded to everyone!
