My experience is congruent with all of… My experience is congruent with all of the other one-star (wish could put zero-star) experiences here. They have an F rating at the Better Business Bureau: "BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints. Specifically, consumers allege in their complaints to BBB they are being charged for services that should have been covered by their provided insurance. These consumers advise that their insurance is verified before the services are received from the business yet the consumer is billed. Consumers also allege having issues when working with the business on correcting the billing issues. Lastly, consumers claim to have a difficult time getting in touch with the business at their advertised phone number." Go to Reddit. Look at what employees and clients/patients have to say in forum after forum. Horrible! Very detailed. Makes it sound like employees and patients/clients may soon arrive for work/appointments, but the lights will be off, and nobody will be home--Ever again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! My family member saw Victoria Walter for the first time and in 20 mins diagnosed them with depression & anxiety. She also prescribed medication. We wanted a second opinion due to the short time frame of the visit and cancelled the follow up. I requested documentation with the diagnosis as there was literally nothing in the patient portal. Victoria Walter then claimed she did not diagnosis my family member. The diagnosis codes were literally the only things on the chart summary. How do you file for insurance and prescribe without a diagnosis??? This is not only shady but very unprofessional. I requested & paid for medical records and was told it would take 2-3 business days. It is now 2 weeks and they still have not provided anything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Unprofessional & Full of Issues I do NOT recommend going here. Not only did one of their psychiatrist try to guide me towards a fake service dog registration site; which is extremely harmful and unprofessional for someone in this field, since only letters are legal and registration sites are all fake and not protected under ADA Law. I wanted to cancel my follow-up appointment after this horrid experience, which I made sure to both message and call one month ahead of time to cancel, and I was given assurance that my request would be done. What did I get a month later? A missed appointment fee, for the appointment that I was told would be canceled after I had reached out. This practice is not worth your time and they simply don't care about you. Their only concern and desire is to drain you of money, and they will use ANY means necessary in order to do this and make your life hell.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. I have called three times over a billing issue. I elected twice the call back feature (keep my place in line). Never a call back. When I call without latter, left on hold for over 40 mins, hung up.
