Nothing but good things to say! The counselor that I have had through LifeStance has been very helpful to me. I have had nothing but positive experiences with anyone through LifeStance that I have come in contact with. I have had the pleasure of having for right around a year now. I highly recommend LifeStance.

A positive experience I’ve had no issues with Lifestance Health. Usually I’ve been able to easily change appointments at the Celebration, FL office and they have always changed it to virtual on the same day if needed or allowed me to reschedule when I’ve asked in the appropriate amount of time. I’ve enjoyed my experiences with my clinical social worker and psychiatric nurse practitioner and do see progress over time. I’ve had diagnoses that were accurate and medications that have changed my life positively. I may not be perfect, but I am able to work through life’s challenges a lot easier having their help and trying to use their guidance to get me through it.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! My family member saw Victoria Walter for the first time and in 20 mins diagnosed them with depression & anxiety. She also prescribed medication. We wanted a second opinion due to the short time frame of the visit and cancelled the follow up. I requested documentation with the diagnosis as there was literally nothing in the patient portal. Victoria Walter then claimed she did not diagnosis my family member. The diagnosis codes were literally the only things on the chart summary. How do you file for insurance and prescribe without a diagnosis??? This is not only shady but very unprofessional. I requested & paid for medical records and was told it would take 2-3 business days. It is now 2 weeks and they still have not provided anything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Wonderful therapist… My therapist is absolutely wonderful and I like that they send me plenty of reminders. Much better experience than Sondermind. So far I have not had any billing issues although when I first made an appt I got a vm that I needed to add my cc info before 3pm or my appt would be cancelled. Super weird. Even after I added it I got another message after my first appt that it wasn’t in there. Hoping I will not run into any nightmare issues some others are describing but so far so good.

I Had Telemed appointment with Joann…03/29/2024 I Had Telemed appointment with Joann Gulley on 3/29/2024 at that time she stated she would refill my subscriptons becase she was a new subscriber and diod not want me to run out of my medications.Ms. Gulley stated she would call them in so I would not run out before seeing her in the office. When I left the office 4/2004 she again stated she again that she would refill my prescriptiona. Again this was not done. I am currently out of some medications. Joann was good but her follow up was poor
