These consumers advise that their insurance is verified before the services are received from the business yet the consumer is billed. Consumers also allege having issues when working with the business on correcting the billing issues. Unprofessional & Full of Issues I do NOT recommend going here. Not only did one of their psychiatrist try to guide me towards a fake service dog registration site; which is extremely harmful and unprofessional for someone in this field, since only letters are legal and registration sites are all fake and not protected under ADA Law. I wanted to cancel my follow-up appointment after this horrid experience, which I made sure to both message and call one month ahead of time to cancel, and I was given assurance that my request would be done. What did I get a month later? A missed appointment fee, for the appointment that I was told would be canceled after I had reached out. This practice is not worth your time and they simply don't care about you. Their only concern and desire is to drain you of money, and they will use ANY means necessary in order to do this and make your life hell.

Great place to get back on your feet and back to work! Fantastic!!! Karlette is awesome as a IOP group leader. Beth was great at finding me the in person IOP group sessions and Karen is a great psychNP. Natalie helped bring it all together. The in person group are all very communicative and actually meet outside of therapy hours. I feel much better starting the process and probably will be able to get back to work so much sooner instead of just languishing at home the every day. Would recommend to all my coworkers.

Nothing but good things to say! The counselor that I have had through LifeStance has been very helpful to me. I have had nothing but positive experiences with anyone through LifeStance that I have come in contact with. I have had the pleasure of having for right around a year now. I highly recommend LifeStance.

Someone to hear you Speak with someone that understand what you are going thru. Listen word for word without forgetting conditions I have. Also when papers or documents are needed for work related they are ready on a timely matter. Also their concern about me is always very noticable on messages thru the portal messenger. Very convenient that we can communicate every time I have a concern or breakdown. Thank you
