Great place to get back on your feet and back to work! Fantastic!!! Karlette is awesome as a IOP group leader. Beth was great at finding me the in person IOP group sessions and Karen is a great psychNP. Natalie helped bring it all together. The in person group are all very communicative and actually meet outside of therapy hours. I feel much better starting the process and probably will be able to get back to work so much sooner instead of just languishing at home the every day. Would recommend to all my coworkers.

My experience is congruent with all of… My experience is congruent with all of the other one-star (wish could put zero-star) experiences here. They have an F rating at the Better Business Bureau: "BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints. Specifically, consumers allege in their complaints to BBB they are being charged for services that should have been covered by their provided insurance. These consumers advise that their insurance is verified before the services are received from the business yet the consumer is billed. Consumers also allege having issues when working with the business on correcting the billing issues. Lastly, consumers claim to have a difficult time getting in touch with the business at their advertised phone number." Go to Reddit. Look at what employees and clients/patients have to say in forum after forum. Horrible! Title of an article: LifeStance: Company Creates Barriers to Mental Health Treatment, Cancels Appointments When Patients Refuse to Pay Amounts They Don’t Owe Title of another article: LifeStance Health: Vulnerable Mental Health Patients Burdened with Unwarranted Medical Debt from Company’s Billing Practices, Errors, and High Fees Another article, published in Feb, one that would interest investors, employees, and patients LifeStance: A Private Equity-Backed Mental Health Rollup Headed For A Breakdown. Very detailed. Makes it sound like employees and patients/clients may soon arrive for work/appointments, but the lights will be off, and nobody will be home--Ever again. COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT This company is completely incompetent in every area - My son first saw Dr. Gulley. She's pretty kind initially, but she clearly isn't a strong note-taker. I had to repeat myself countless times in our appointments. One example; she requested me to obtain letters from my son's teachers, and failed to send the school the necessary request form. His teachers wouldn't release any letters until they received a note from her (this required a lot of coordination on my part mind you). I attempted to contact her multiple times, and by the time I was able to speak to her regarding it, it was during his appointment, and then she had no idea what I was talking about. These types of situations happened all the time. We originally came to her to re-evaluate my son, and she never did. We saw another psychiatrist who was completely baffled on why this wasn't her first plan of action. The billing department is just as awful. They overcharged me and to this day can't justify their charges. After sending 5 messages and complaining to the regional manager, I finally received a complete printout of each charge, but they don't list what each charge is for. The last item, and the most serious - My son was receiving automatic refills on his medication. They suddenly stopped, and nobody notified me. I called immediately to get my son seen asap, (my son's psychiatrist already quit Life Stance at this point), and they notified me that nobody was available until 3 weeks out. I asked if they would prescribe enough medication to get him through until he could be seen, and they said "they aren't allowed too". For those who aren't aware, this is legally considered as medical negligence - If anyone is on a psych medication, it's incredibly dangerous from them to suddenly stop taking it. They could experience a severe psychotic episode and many are committed because of it. Many even become suicidal suddenly. It's EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! I'm not someone to leave bad reviews, but this medical establishment is VERY ALARMING in how they practice. PLEASE PLEASE do your research. Don't entrust your loved one here.

ZERO STARS! ZERO STARS! As others have said, RUN. I have been trying to get a billing issue resolved for TWO MONTHS. I only got one billing phone call finally, after prompting from my therapist and that was a month and 1/2 ago!! They were supposed to escalate and have a manager call me. I have sent TWELVE pt portal messages, sat on hold for extreme amounts of time, never reaching a live person. At one point I had a patient advocate from my insurance company trying to reach them and even they couldn't!!! An insurance company advocate not able to reach them either?! Two months of this! My mental health is now in shambles with ongoing anxiety and high blood pressure because the bills keep coming anyway and I've had to continuously attempt to reach them unsuccessfully, along with my advocate. They sure can manage to keep sending bills. It's sad because my therapist was wonderful. You will be fine until a billing issue arises and trust me, it will eventually. I'm distraught that I have to find someone else because there's no way I can risk ever going through this again. And I know they're just going to send an automatic copy and pasted response just like all the other responses to the bad ratings, that they truly care, yada yada and please email or call them. I have!!! That's the problem
