Are they really licensed? I asked customer service rep "Chris" to tell me the educational and experience background of the therapist I had been assigned to. He ignored me for several days. I asked again, and he said that he did not have that information. He would need to get back to me. After waiting again a few days,ll without a response, I contacted him and asked for my subscription to be cancelled and my money refunded ded. He said I needed to make that request to a different address. Within the stated 72 hr limit. "Jessica" approved my refund, but told me it would take 2 weeks. We shall see. I never got anything resembling an answer to my question.

Nice app Nice app. I tried betterhelp before but my therapist told me she doesn't answer messages in between sessions, and that was why I started online therapy in the first place. I love writing my thoughts and journaling. The domental therapist answers my messages several times a day and it feels like I'm in therapy all the time. This really helps as I have a chronic condition that causes constant pains.

Can't cancel Can't cancel. Insanity.

Had to cancel credit card so they would stop charging me I had some therapy and it was lovely but after I cancelled - and confirmed with chris it was cancelled... a few months later they just started charging my credit card again! And now they won't answer my e-mails or messages. I had to cancel my credit card to get the payments to stop. So unless you want to cancel your credit card when you stop this therapy, please don't give them your number!
