Absolute TRASH Absolute TRASH! I submitted payment, got matched and it took almost 30 hours for me to get contacted when I was prompted it would only take a couple hours. I have tried sending emails to the help desk to request a refund. I was again prompted I’d hear back in less than 24 hours. It has now been well over 24 hours and NOTHING!

Setup was straightforward and easy and… Setup was straightforward and easy and the payment plans were clear. Apparently they will add more features later, but texting with the therapist works just fine. That’s really what I want from it, so A+.
