NZAfter repeated follow-ups the DHL… After repeated follow-ups the DHL tracker shows it was delivered a week ago (7wks after the order) in the US (I’m in NewZealand). The staff provide template updates that contradict themselves and have refused to refund because they say it’s not lost. Such a horrible experience! They keep telling me too wait its been in NZ for weeks ??? go figure ..Shame on them

GBPiece of crap dies Piece of crap dies. Don’t waste your $$$ and fall for their scam. Who can really fall asleep holding something in their hand. They won’t refund you also!

GBChill Pill Works Ordered 2 Chill Pills for Xmas to help us sleep. After a few weeks, we can say: It works! No more insomnia and sleep is better quality. Have recommended to family with stress issues. Review lost a star due to the slow delivery. Finally threatened to dispute charge and got it next day.

NZThe chillpill works! My original review: The chillpill worked once, then died. Unfortunately, the device will not turn on or recharge. I'm out $60. What a waste. I received an email from the company. They asked me to do a couple of things including holding the on button for 2 seconds. This worked. My apologies to chillpill. It does work.

CANo customer support I ordered a chill pill in April, received it in May but did not receive the teal extra cover which I had paid for. When I contacted the company I was advised the teal was out of stock but could have purple. Three emails and an un answered phone call I still have not received it. I like the chill pill but am disappointed with the lack of support.
