Defective Product - TERRIBLE customer service item doesn't work - meaning it is defective. Won't turn on. Have been going back and forth with customer service for weeks, wrote them THREE times before they even responded, then they respond with 'keep the item and we'll give you 50% refund'... um, the item is DEFECTIVE - why would I want to keep it? Finally, after SO much back and forth, I get them to say they will give me a full refund, but they expect ME to pay to ship it back when they shipped me a defective product... ? Total money grab and terrible customer service. Hoping to save others the grief, time and money. Unbelievable.

I purchased 2 units one for my husband… I purchased 2 units one for my husband one for my daughter. my husbands unit stopped working in the first week. My daughter said she did not get any relief and gave it back to me. When I got her unit I charged it and found it didn't work either. I have attempted to return but I cannot get any return labels. I ordered these on October 19 so I am now at the 60 day return point... but with out the return labels I am just SOL.

This company is a scam This company is a scam. I am surprised anyone received a product at all. When I complained of not even getting a receipt, order number, etc… but my account was charged $75 they sent me a code for 20% off after Christmas. I ordered on 12/2 and did not receive a refund for never receiving an order until I filled a report with the BBB on 12/23.

Chill Pill Works Ordered 2 Chill Pills for Xmas to help us sleep. After a few weeks, we can say: It works! No more insomnia and sleep is better quality. Have recommended to family with stress issues. Review lost a star due to the slow delivery. Finally threatened to dispute charge and got it next day.

8 weeks later, no chill pill and no refund! After repeated follow-ups the DHL tracker shows it was delivered a week ago (7wks after the order) in the US (I’m in Australia). The staff provide template updates that contradict themselves and have refused to refund because they say it’s not lost. Such a horrible experience!
