Horrible horrible customer service I wish I could give this company less than one star. I cannot review the product because I cannot clear customs in the country where I live because Mendyourmental cannot produce a simple invoice. And it took five hours to tell me so. The product might work. Who knows. Pathetic customer service.

I purchased 2 units one for my husband… I purchased 2 units one for my husband one for my daughter. my husbands unit stopped working in the first week. My daughter said she did not get any relief and gave it back to me. When I got her unit I charged it and found it didn't work either. I have attempted to return but I cannot get any return labels. I ordered these on October 19 so I am now at the 60 day return point... but with out the return labels I am just SOL.

Never delivered! Ordered the Chill Pill on 9/01, never got a confirmation but my credit card was billed. Looking at the website, it states: All orders are processed and shipped out within 1 business day. Once shipped, domestic orders within the U.S. normally arrive within 2-4 business days. However, inclement weather conditions, mail carrier issues, and customs may all cause delays in transit. So, after 4 weeks I should have received this! Beware!!

My chill pill not only helps in more than one way. My chill pill not only helps me to fall asleep quickly every single night, it also helps when I'm hit with an anxiety attack. I'm so lucky I was able to find this contraption that helps me so frequently. It helps me to not have to take an actual pill that I swallow and works for me so well, I've bought several for several friends who suffer from anxiety or troubles falling or staying asleep. I will use this for years to come!
