KYHorrible horrible customer service I wish I could give this company less than one star. I cannot review the product because I cannot clear customs in the country where I live because Mendyourmental cannot produce a simple invoice. And it took five hours to tell me so. The product might work. Who knows. Pathetic customer service.

CADoes this company even exist? I ordered back in December. I received a confirmation saying they would need a few extra days for processing but once underway, the products would be delivered within 2-5 business days. That was a month ago. I paid through PayPal so fortunately I think I can request my refund for this actually non-existent company through them. They also provided a UPS tracking number that is also bogus.

AU8 weeks later, no chill pill and no refund! After repeated follow-ups the DHL tracker shows it was delivered a week ago (7wks after the order) in the US (I’m in Australia). The staff provide template updates that contradict themselves and have refused to refund because they say it’s not lost. Such a horrible experience!

GBThe Chill Pill did NOT work The Chill Pill did NOT work - the "pulse" was so faint it was barely detectable. I sent at least 4 emails to their support link and asked for a replacement, return, or full refund within 2 weeks of receiving it. I received no response, no refund, no replacement. Chill Pill site has no phone number, no means of contacting them and they told my credit card provider that I had not registered any complaints. Do not buy this worthless product from this company who will not stand behind their product.

CANo customer support I ordered a chill pill in April, received it in May but did not receive the teal extra cover which I had paid for. When I contacted the company I was advised the teal was out of stock but could have purple. Three emails and an un answered phone call I still have not received it. I like the chill pill but am disappointed with the lack of support.
