CHILL PILL COMPANY IS A SCAMMER I bought the chill pill and it did not work. When I returned it, the Company did not refund my money. They responded to my first email asking about returns and then NEVER responded to my next 4 emails asking for my refund. I shipped the product back to their address and then silence and no refund. SCAMMERS. Do not buy this product from this company.

After repeated follow-ups the DHL… After repeated follow-ups the DHL tracker shows it was delivered a week ago (7wks after the order) in the US (I’m in NewZealand). The staff provide template updates that contradict themselves and have refused to refund because they say it’s not lost. Such a horrible experience! They keep telling me too wait its been in NZ for weeks ??? go figure ..Shame on them

The Chill Pill did NOT work The Chill Pill did NOT work - the "pulse" was so faint it was barely detectable. I sent at least 4 emails to their support link and asked for a replacement, return, or full refund within 2 weeks of receiving it. I received no response, no refund, no replacement. Chill Pill site has no phone number, no means of contacting them and they told my credit card provider that I had not registered any complaints. Do not buy this worthless product from this company who will not stand behind their product.

I would not recommend this company I would not recommend this company to anyone. I got my order buy need to return it. Its says you need a returns authorisation and to email to get it. I've done this several times and used thr contact us page on their website. I've had no response to any. DONT order from them they've got no customer service skills. Plus the picture is not what I received different shape.

No customer support I ordered a chill pill in April, received it in May but did not receive the teal extra cover which I had paid for. When I contacted the company I was advised the teal was out of stock but could have purple. Three emails and an un answered phone call I still have not received it. I like the chill pill but am disappointed with the lack of support.
