This is a great company This is a great company. First off, the products are made with quality and work better than expected. The diffuser actually distributes the oils into the air without leaving a mess behind unlike some of the other diffuser/humidifiers out there. Secondly, I ordered and extra nebulizer bottle that was broken on arrival. A quick call and a new one was sent. It arrived quickly and in one piece.

Aromis Website is easy to navigate Website is easy to navigate and products are well described. How-to videos clearly show how to figure out and resolve issues and clear up questions. They sell a number of 'refurbished' parts at excellent markdowns. I bought a 'refurbished' bottle and couldn't find anything wrong, no scratches, nothing. Could it be they cleaned a bottle a customer couldn't clean and returned under warranty?

Nebulizer works great Nebulizer works great. Easy to follow directions. Definitely stronger scents from oils and some oils, such as mandarin had a very different scent when used in nebulizer than when previously diffused in water diffuser. Glad I bought it!
