GBGreat Backup Support I like the fact that you have videos on how to setup, operate, and maintain the diffusers. Unlike other sources of diffusers, you offer replacement parts on your diffusers. For example, if your air pump goes bad, a replacement is available and, you have a video on that. Who else does that!?

GBAromis Website is easy to navigate Website is easy to navigate and products are well described. How-to videos clearly show how to figure out and resolve issues and clear up questions. They sell a number of 'refurbished' parts at excellent markdowns. I bought a 'refurbished' bottle and couldn't find anything wrong, no scratches, nothing. Could it be they cleaned a bottle a customer couldn't clean and returned under warranty?

GBI DONT LIKE that you cannot TALK to… I DONT LIKE that you cannot TALK to someone...the communication you guys offer is terrible! I had to wait days just to get an answer...maybe you should work on that..I LOVE your products and will definitely order again!
