Don't buy one, buy two or more (if you can). Excellent customer service. Cycle time is very reasonable for my space with the 10 on/off and just what I needed. Best of all is the noise, or lack thereof. Its whisper quiet when functioning and is quite pleasant even while resting (in my opinion). I haven't had a chance to test how much oil I'm using (in drops per hour) but hoping to come up with a regular routine for my two spaces. Being under warranty for 1yr is fairly decent too. Overall, this is a solid option.

They sell a number of 'refurbished' parts at excellent markdowns. I bought a 'refurbished' bottle and couldn't find anything wrong, no scratches, nothing. Could it be they cleaned a bottle a customer couldn't clean and returned under warranty?
