Now that the weather has improved I will also learn how to use the outside lift. I am disappointed that Stannah has not followed through and paid the $200 to the person who recommended Stannah to us. Company went out of their wsy to make… Company went out of their wsy to make sure the stairlift was installed prior to me getting home from rehab. They only had 3 days notice. The installer, Jose. Was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain everything to my husband and answered all of his questions. Very happy with experience and would highly recommend company.

Job Well Done With my husband coming home after a fall and spending 3 months in a rehab facility, Stannah Stairlift was able to do the job the day before he arrived. The technicians did an immaculate job and showed me how to work it. After a week, there was a problem that we didn't know how to remedy and I called the service number and it was solved so easily on the phone. I have no problem recommending this company that has made my husband's transition home so much easier.

Stannah the stair lift company excellent Max was the technician that was sent out to install our stair lift. He was so informative about the stair lift from beginning to end. Max is certainly an asset to your company. He has excellent customer service skills as well as mechanical skills and had answered any question we had asked he also reviewed the whole process of using the stairlift and watched when we used the stairlift to assure we were using it correctly. So far we are using the stairlift with ease and are so glad we had this installed to both of us to use. Thank you again Stannah!
