GBBEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I've had to contact OptiContacts twice. Once for my mistake, the second for my Physicians mistake. Human nature, mistakes happen! Both times, the customer service was remarkable. I wish that I could remember the name of the gentleman that helped me the first time but Robert helped this last time. He and the gentleman from the first interaction were the epitome of what customer service should be. I am incredibly impressed, never in a million years would I have thought that an online business would be this customer oriented. Thank you, so very much. Contacts are expensive, when your vision center makes a mistake, it is an enormous relief to have support from the company that I've ordered my contact from. Price, very reasonable....shipping, very reasonable....ease of working the site, thankfully easy....customer service, OUTSTANDING. Thank you for being a light at the end of the tunnel

GBGreat place to order contacts Great place to order contacts! I will continue to use them. They usually have a coupon code, but beware after you see the total and hit the "pay" button they toss in a hefty "processing" fee. You still have a chance to cancel the order before it goes through so that's good, but you better have your glasses on when you do it lol!

GBTwo thumbs up 👍👍 I have made a couple orders with OptiContacts now. The first one went very smoothly and I just placed my second order tonight. Their website is very user friendly. I will recommend them to anyone I come in contact with who would rather order their contacts online.

GBThis is my first time ordering contact and there is a delay in my delivery. This is my first time ordering contact lenses from OptiContacts. Unfortunately, it has been over a week and my contacts have not arrived yet. I called customer service last week and they were very apologetic. They offered to credit me the $12.95 shipping fee for the delay in the shipment by the USPS. My shipment still has not arrived so I contacted customer service again today. I explained that I was very upset by the delay in shipment and that I need my contact's ASAP because I need to wear them for my job. Dennis was very helpful and is shipping a box of contacts to me free of charge, expedited shipping, to hold me over until my original order arrives. He also told me to contact them next week if the order has not arrived by then and customer service will investigate with the USPS to see where the package is. When I called today I was rather frustrated, but Dennis was very patient, professional, and dealt with the problem to my satisfaction. Hopefully, the contacts will be delivered soon.
