Superb customer service Well, my eye doctor made an ERROR and the wrong contacts were sent. Robert guided me through the process of mailing back the wrong contacts, contacting the doctor to get the correct information and shipping the correct contacts. I am very appreciative. He was excellent and you should be very proud to have him as a star employee. As a result of all this, I will continue to use Opticontacts.

Five star customer support! I am extremly impressed with the customer support of Opticontacts. This was my first time buying contacts online and I will not go anywhere else after my experience. I mistakenly used the numbers from my glasses perscription when ordering contacts. They could have simply sent me the wrong thing or cancelled my order. They did neither. Instead an actual human being called me to let me know I had made an error. They sorted everything out for me even calling my optometrist to ensure I got the right thing! Wow! I spoke to several different people and every single one was helpful and kind. My sister has used this company for years and always recomended them. I see why now. Great job OPTICONTACS!
