GBDoubtful advantage Two stars for providing medication that sometimes are indeed lower than through insurance. But only two stars for service - requires multiple calls to get things done and then some. Transferring medication from pharmacy took month - them claiming they cant reach my pharmacy, which was not true, I finally got on the phone with them and there was not a problem immediately. Even after that had to call again two times to find out where is my medication - could be ok when ordering pair of shoes but when its medication... Glad only transferred to them one of my medications. Consider moving back - paying $7 per month more start looking worth of not dealing with this company. They claim they are located in Fl but it sounds more like an Indian enterprise.

GBDIRX deserves a 10! My pharmacy closed and I didn't know where to go with my RX's. Good RX had this company mentioned on the bottom of their list so I tried DIRX. I love their service and how I can always speak to a real person if I have any questions. Personally I would give them a 10 if I could.

GBGreat savings need to add any new prescription I priced out all my medications only 3 for a year and it was about $95 per quarter, so the $119 annual plan was a no brainer. Then the doctor added Sildenafil because I had my prostrate removed and that too is free for the year. I had been paying a couple dollars a pill before. Great savings with DirX. I will be signing up for another year for sure!!!

GBFirst experience with DIRX: First experience with DIRX: Setup my acct. and placed my order on line, VERY easy. But had to call after 1 week since I did not get email notifying id shipment. Apparently 1 medication was on back order. It was the 1 prescription that is imperative I take and was almost out. Cancelled that medication had to have Dr send to new pharmacy. The other medication was shipped and received in 2 days, perfect. My only issue is not all meds are created equal and the company should know that. A notification of back ordered meds should be sent with an expected in stock/ship date. I will retain the local pharmacy for critical meds going forward. Others can stay with DIRX.
