Didn't do much Didn't do much I don't feel it did much for me at all. I think drinking all the extra water did more than the medication, which is really just like ingesting Orb**z. It just inflates in your stomach but not very much. I couldn't justify the cost to keep taking it.

Improved Rx Renewal Process After receiving pills more frequently than I wanted, I called GoGoMeds asking you not to send me any pills unless I first call. I was pleased to learn that you offer an option which offers me an email or call advising me when any of my Rx's is getting low. This process it working great. Thanks for your improved service.

Good service, could have better user interface experience I like that I have the option for automatic refills. I do not like how many different tabs and steps are necessary to start a new prescription fill, though. I also don't want an email for every step of an order. I would rather get a link to my order and see it as a line with dots for each of the steps it goes through. Prescription received, order requested, order checked by pharmacy, order shipped, click here for Tracking number. I wouldn't mind getting the email with the Tracking number. That kind of email lets me know to be checking my mailbox.

Great service One easy phone call. Samantha answered all my questions and was very polite and helpful. This makes renewing a prescription a pleasant experience.

Thankful forGogo Meds I’m thankful I found Gogo Meds. Your service is amazing and your staff is always polite/ efficient. My medications come in a timely manner and I really like dealing with you. At one time one of your employees would call and remind me when my medication was due to be refilled. I do miss that.
