I was pleased to learn that you offer an option which offers me an email or call advising me when any of my Rx's is getting low. This process it working great. Thanks for your improved service.

Good product. Wonky ordering process initially So far I like the product and it seems to help. The initial order was very confusing though. When placed it said it would arrive within 2 days of processing. That just never happened and I wasn't notified of that. I had to call customer service (very nice people) and was told my order was canceled due to product shortage but reordered on my behalf. None of that was communicated after my purchase. I just found out by calling on my own. My account just showed order canceled and left me more confused.
