GBGood product. Wonky ordering process initially So far I like the product and it seems to help. The initial order was very confusing though. When placed it said it would arrive within 2 days of processing. That just never happened and I wasn't notified of that. I had to call customer service (very nice people) and was told my order was canceled due to product shortage but reordered on my behalf. None of that was communicated after my purchase. I just found out by calling on my own. My account just showed order canceled and left me more confused.

GBNice reminder email and text Nice reminder email and text, and phone call. The site was easy to navigate and order the next 90 days of my prescription. THey only way to make it better is to not call me, text me and email me. Just an email or text would be fine. Then, instead of reminding, how about you refill it automatically at the same rate. Don't have an 'auto refill' check box that goes from generic pill to top tier name brand and multiplies the cost by %800.

GBWebsite is less than perfect Website is less than perfect. Seems to reflect a get it done quick attitude 🙄 circular navigation leads to hunting for phone number vs address. Billing and shipping addresses are not clearly shown and co editable. Even filling and sending this review is painfully obtuse. Why demand the date versus auto fill, and in a foreign format?

GBI think GoGo is great! I think GoGo is great! Whenever I have emailed a question, I always get a prompt thorough answer. The website is easy very easy to use and intuitive. Medications ship reliably with a tracking number. I really can only think of good things to say, nothing negative.

GBOnce GoGoMeds received the order from… Once GoGoMeds received the order from my doctor they were very prompt in communicating with me that they were preparing my order to be picked up by FedEx. I was kept in the communication loop. Kudos to GoGoMeds.
