Great Service My NP called in my prescription and I heard from GoGo Meds soon after. They kept me informed by email and I received my medication within a few days.

Nice reminder email and text Nice reminder email and text, and phone call. The site was easy to navigate and order the next 90 days of my prescription. THey only way to make it better is to not call me, text me and email me. Just an email or text would be fine. Then, instead of reminding, how about you refill it automatically at the same rate. Don't have an 'auto refill' check box that goes from generic pill to top tier name brand and multiplies the cost by %800.

Website is less than perfect Website is less than perfect. Seems to reflect a get it done quick attitude 🙄 circular navigation leads to hunting for phone number vs address. Billing and shipping addresses are not clearly shown and co editable. Even filling and sending this review is painfully obtuse. Why demand the date versus auto fill, and in a foreign format?

Good service, could have better user interface experience I like that I have the option for automatic refills. I do not like how many different tabs and steps are necessary to start a new prescription fill, though. I also don't want an email for every step of an order. I would rather get a link to my order and see it as a line with dots for each of the steps it goes through. Prescription received, order requested, order checked by pharmacy, order shipped, click here for Tracking number. I wouldn't mind getting the email with the Tracking number. That kind of email lets me know to be checking my mailbox.

GoGo Meds is a game changer It's very easy to order with GoGo Meds. They walk you through the whole process and if there is ever an issue they will call you. The selection of what is available through GoGo Meds is huge. And honestly, 3 months of my particular Rx is less expensive through GoGo Meds than 1 month at a chain pharmacy with my insurance
