GBImproved Rx Renewal Process After receiving pills more frequently than I wanted, I called GoGoMeds asking you not to send me any pills unless I first call. I was pleased to learn that you offer an option which offers me an email or call advising me when any of my Rx's is getting low. This process it working great. Thanks for your improved service.

GBWebsite is less than perfect Website is less than perfect. Seems to reflect a get it done quick attitude 🙄 circular navigation leads to hunting for phone number vs address. Billing and shipping addresses are not clearly shown and co editable. Even filling and sending this review is painfully obtuse. Why demand the date versus auto fill, and in a foreign format?

GBThankful forGogo Meds I’m thankful I found Gogo Meds. Your service is amazing and your staff is always polite/ efficient. My medications come in a timely manner and I really like dealing with you. At one time one of your employees would call and remind me when my medication was due to be refilled. I do miss that.
