I think GoGo is great! I think GoGo is great! Whenever I have emailed a question, I always get a prompt thorough answer. The website is easy very easy to use and intuitive. Medications ship reliably with a tracking number. I really can only think of good things to say, nothing negative.

Great service One easy phone call. Samantha answered all my questions and was very polite and helpful. This makes renewing a prescription a pleasant experience.

Good service, could have better user interface experience I like that I have the option for automatic refills. I do not like how many different tabs and steps are necessary to start a new prescription fill, though. I also don't want an email for every step of an order. I would rather get a link to my order and see it as a line with dots for each of the steps it goes through. Prescription received, order requested, order checked by pharmacy, order shipped, click here for Tracking number. I wouldn't mind getting the email with the Tracking number. That kind of email lets me know to be checking my mailbox.

THey only way to make it better is to not call me, text me and email me. Just an email or text would be fine. Then, instead of reminding, how about you refill it automatically at the same rate. Don't have an 'auto refill' check box that goes from generic pill to top tier name brand and multiplies the cost by %800.

Website is less than perfect Website is less than perfect. Seems to reflect a get it done quick attitude 🙄 circular navigation leads to hunting for phone number vs address. Billing and shipping addresses are not clearly shown and co editable. Even filling and sending this review is painfully obtuse. Why demand the date versus auto fill, and in a foreign format?
