Everything was very good Everything was very good! My only issue was, based on the description and instructions of the reusable gel warm compress, that I wouldn't need to boil them each time. Still super convenient on the go when you don't have a microwave. I have other minor complaints that don't need mentioning in general about other products and just general expectations. I am new to these types of products. But I would definitely recommend your products to anyone. Just some better descriptions on certain products would help. I'd rather not say anymore. But overall, great!

Was out of it for a while and my eyes started to water again. After getting some more, it went away. Now I have been getting it automatically. This was originally recommended by my eye doctor.
