My suggestion would be to include an applicator I just started using the product. So far it works well. No irritation. But, it is a bit messy. My suggestion would be to include an applicator, if only for the sake of convenience. Note- Keep in mind that am using this product for cosmetic purposes (lash boosting, as recommended by my doctor) so I won’t know the full effects of the product for several weeks.

Great Customer Service When a product I ordered was no longer available, I was notified by email with some options explained to me. I chose one and the service representative fixed everything for me: charged me the new price, selected the new product, and got it shipped to me right away. Very good customer service.

Everything was very good Everything was very good! My only issue was, based on the description and instructions of the reusable gel warm compress, that I wouldn't need to boil them each time. Still super convenient on the go when you don't have a microwave. I have other minor complaints that don't need mentioning in general about other products and just general expectations. I am new to these types of products. But I would definitely recommend your products to anyone. Just some better descriptions on certain products would help. I'd rather not say anymore. But overall, great!
