Great product and customer service I love the Oasis Tears Preservative-Free eye drops! The multi-drop bottle goes with me everywhere. And wonderful customer service. Recently, my package went missing. They were quick to help me resolve the issue. Thank you, thank you!

Great product! Great product. Works wonders for those with dry eyes. I used to have to drive to my ophthalmologist to purchase this product, but found Dry Eye Rescue online. Setting up an auto-delivery works best for me. Ordering is easy and shipping and delivery is a breeze. Thank you!

Actually I love the fact that I can… Actually I love the fact that I can call and talk to Lisa and ask questions and place my order through her. I trust her with my credit information. And if Lisa could receive a message about this I want her to know I found my important eye paper work. ❌⭕️❌♥️

I liked the fact that when I called frustrated with instructions I… I liked the fact that when I called I was listened to by customer service and the problem was resolved promptly. However, I am not happy with directions for how to use the Tranquil Eye mask. The directions say to heat the pucks for 90 seconds and yet heating them to only 75 seconds inflated the green pebbles where I needed to keep pushing the mesh bag where they were contained down. It also says nothing about watching to make sure the pucks stay submerged, which can actually cook the puck if it floats to the top. Anyway, a rather frustrating start.
