Still waiting on my medication Still waiting on my medication. Keep getting a run around about the prescription which I’ve sent over 4 times . Sent payment and still asking for payment . It’s been weeks and the prescription has not shipped. This is a very important heart medication and I can’t believe this horrible service that I am receiving. Either send my prescription or refund me my money . This is getting really frustrating.

After contacting them and getting the explanations I needed, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did they do as they said, they delivered the medicines on a timely basis and the cost I needed. Excellent service with a caveat. Your service is great, as long as there is no need to go outside standard practice. Your prices are great, ordering process quick and easy and fulfillment and package tracking are also excellent. However, if something goes amiss, as a missent prescription, the response from your staff is completely inadequate.
