It’s been weeks and the prescription has not shipped. This is a very important heart medication and I can’t believe this horrible service that I am receiving. Excellent service with a caveat. Your service is great, as long as there is no need to go outside standard practice. Your prices are great, ordering process quick and easy and fulfillment and package tracking are also excellent. However, if something goes amiss, as a missent prescription, the response from your staff is completely inadequate.
