Timely and well-organized service Order status updated via e-mail, shipping almost always faster than promised. Once they even re-sent an order, at no cost to me, that had been intercepted and destroyed by over-zealous Customs agents.

STILL No meds, promised refunds never sent I have been repeatedly promised a refund that has never been sent. Weather issues were NOT a problem. When I contacted the Canadian authorities (Royal Mounted Police Fraud Division).they told me this company is recommended to be AVOIDED because of recurring similar issues

Excellent service with a caveat. Your service is great, as long as there is no need to go outside standard practice. Your prices are great, ordering process quick and easy and fulfillment and package tracking are also excellent. However, if something goes amiss, as a missent prescription, the response from your staff is completely inadequate.
