Hit or Miss If the medication arrives, it's great, but the company needs a better plan in place for delayed or missing shipments. Unfortunately missing shipments will be a part of running a business like this and it should not be up to the customer to constantly chase a new order down after waiting over double the initial estimated timeframe. I've had some good ordering experiences but my most recent has been terrible and at this point if I ever receive my order it will have taken several months which is unacceptable when people are waiting on important medication. Update: the medication finally arrived two months after placing my order.

Quality medication at an affordable price My elderly father could not afford his medication and it was $500 + a month. Until he was able to be on a discount program, I purchased his medication for him from Medsengage and I could not be more pleased. From start to finish, the customer service was wonderful and we received my dad's medication much quicker than what was stated. Highly recommend!

Still waiting on my medication Still waiting on my medication. Keep getting a run around about the prescription which I’ve sent over 4 times . Sent payment and still asking for payment . It’s been weeks and the prescription has not shipped. This is a very important heart medication and I can’t believe this horrible service that I am receiving. Either send my prescription or refund me my money . This is getting really frustrating.
