The better sleeping aid! My wife has suffered from insomnia for years, but it got much worse in the past few months. We tried OTC sleeping pills, prescription sleeping pills, and various other things. Ultimately we were given a bottle of Upstate Elevator CBD Capsules and I figured it was worth a shot at curing her lack of sleep. She tried taking one 30mg, but it didn't seem to have enough effect, so we tried 60mg and she started sleeping! i recommend the gummies I first bought the gummies at Healthy Living Cafe in Burlington. I had better success with these gummies than other CBD products. The 10mg is good for me twice a day. Higher dosed products don’t work for me. I live 3 hours from Burlington so ordering direct is a great option for me. The flavors are good. The other ingredients are organic which is important.
