I love full spectrum tinctures more than just about anything I've ever done but I also try edibles such as gummies and chocolates and whatnot. On the way back from tonight's walk I stopped at the corner gas station that just started selling CBD ... and I see Upstate Elevator CBD 30 mg capsules and decide to buy a packet for $6.99. I popped one of them about 25 minutes ago and it's working quite nicely. My toes feel good as do my ankles and I generally feel irie right now. We'll see how long this capsule holds. In the morning I'll take the other capsule before going on a 6.5-mile walk to see how my legs and joints respond. That said, with this being my first experience, I'm pleased with Upstate Elevator's capsules. I'll likely try a tincture when I can afford a higher mg dosage.
