The better sleeping aid! My wife has suffered from insomnia for years, but it got much worse in the past few months. We tried OTC sleeping pills, prescription sleeping pills, and various other things. Ultimately we were given a bottle of Upstate Elevator CBD Capsules and I figured it was worth a shot at curing her lack of sleep. She tried taking one 30mg, but it didn't seem to have enough effect, so we tried 60mg and she started sleeping! I have since started purchasing the 75mg capsules, of which she takes one a night about an hour before bed and she has had restful sleep ever since!
