Response Time Impeccable There have been a few glitches in transferring my account from Curology to Agency and everyone has been super helpful, prompt, kind and understanding. I know some of my email messages are auto generated, but I do have text exchanges with real people and they’re always prompt and helpful. Looking forward to starting my new skincare routine with consistency!!

Overpriced and prescription never adjusted I have used this product for a year now. With each new shipment of $90 the prescription was said that it had changed each time (at my request) but was no different. The cleanser they send never lasted the entire time as ww. You are unable to purchase items individually which is ridiculous in my opinion and I do believe this company does not change future formula to customers requirements and then councils you to “continue using fir longer to see results”. Unfortunate company. After a patient year of using their product I cancelled my subscription today.

Finicky dispenser I was having trouble getting product out of a brand-new dispenser. I probably tried 50 pumps-nothing! I sent a text and someone responded within minutes! Did as instructed-and it worked! Happy!

Great customer sevice and great products! The team always responds promptly. If they cannot resolve an issue themselves, they always notify someone who can. I needed a treatment quickly and they got right on it to get the treatment to me. They are courteous and always do all they can to help. Great customer service. Also, I would like to say that the products are great and the prescriptions are perfect. I have used other services with that were not tailored for my skin. Agency has been wonderful and my skin has improved dramatically. I am getting compliment on how my skin glows. Thanks team!

When it is time for a new shipment, they (a nurse practitioner supervised by a medical doctor) contact me to be sure that my skincare is personally tailored to the condition of my skin. Their customer service is the best too. They send shipments according to my schedule, not theirs, all w/o complaint. There is never an issue. I always recommend Agency to my friends and expect to continue using their skincare for a very long time. Wish all companies were this honorable.
