GBThis kind was recommended by my… This kind was recommended by my podiatrist. They fit will in my shoe and give some needed cushioning as well as support. I have a bone spur and so far it hasn't helped much with that.

GBComfort First of all, they were extremely comfortable the first time I put them in my shoes. I will order a couple more pairs for different shoes in the near future. My doctor recommended these and it is making a big difference.

GBPowersteps to the People! My podiatrist recommended Powerstep after I broke my foot badly and went through a 6-month healing process. He also recommended a pricey running shoe and I've been wearing both for the last two years. I can't even think about wearing anything else. The only thing that's different is where I buy my Powersteps! Highly recommend.

GBThanks for the help getting back on the trail! I was running every other day a minimum of 4 miles, sometimes 6. All the sudden after my first half marathon and smart runs afterwards I developed pain in my metatarsal area, ball of my foot. It got to the point of developing a limp and the pain was always there. I ordered the Powerstep Pinnacle Plus Full Length orthotics, took out my custom made orthotics and wore the Pinnacle Plus in my running shoes everyday walking for 10+ days. My pain went down significantly and I had my first easy run this afternoon of 3.5 miles. I’m going to order more Powersteps so I have them for a few pairs of shoes without having to move from shoes to shoes. I’m ecstatic about the orthotics! So pleased with the product and price. Thanks!!

GBDiabetic Tri-laminate Insoles I ordered the Tri-laminate Diabetic insoles because they appeared to be much thinner than the ones prescribed for me by my doctor several years ago. They were, in fact, much thinner. That's the good news. The not-so-good news is that they were so wide, I couldn't get them into my shoes. They are trimmable, but, they also appeared to be so hard that I feared there would be no give to them at all. Rather than try to trim them to fit and then find out they were much too hard, I chose to return them. I give Powerstep high marks, however, for customer service. The young lady I spoke with was quite friendly and informative.
