Highly recommend Bussani and their salesperson Jordan This was the best van buying experience we have ever had. Jordan of Bussani Mobility was professional and caring from the moment we met. He was exceptionally helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Jordan guided us, without any pressure, to find the right van for our family's needs, financing, etc. His willingness to come to our home made every step of the buying process seamless. We are extremely happy with our van and can't thank Jordan and Bussani Mobility enough!

5 STARS IS NOT A HIGH ENOUGH RATING! It's impossible to put in words how much Bussani Mobility helped to make some very special requests a reality. I worked by phone with several Bussani employees as well as Dan Walsh (owner). The attention I received was 2nd to none. Bussani worked diligently to get EVERYTHING right. The return phone calls were prompt and were completely sincere. And if I am being completely honest, I come off as a pain in the ##s. There were many adjustments made for the accommodations needed on the van we were working on. Solutions were found for ALL of them. Bussani made trips from Long Island to Staten Island on more than one occassion for measurements and accuracy. General maintenance The general maintenance service was done correctly and in a timely fashion. Additional work was performed on the engine as needed. The reason for 4 stars is that the car was not vacuumed out after the service was performed. They had cleaned the dashboard but not the rest of the interior. It was the first time it was left in this condition.

I just bought my third accessible van… I just bought my third accessible van from Bussani mobility. They have always been there to help when my vans needed service. My second van was totalled shortly after I bought it. Bussani arranged for me to have a rental van while I was waiting for my new van to be ready for delivery. They have been responsive to any of my concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an accessible van or have modifications made to their existing vehicle.

Evaluation of service Professionalism was top notch. Any questions by Jordan answered in timely manner. Delivery was good. Explanation of new van was excellent. Follow up was good. Total experience was very good. Most likely would get another at some time in near future.
