General maintenance The general maintenance service was done correctly and in a timely fashion. Additional work was performed on the engine as needed. The reason for 4 stars is that the car was not vacuumed out after the service was performed. They had cleaned the dashboard but not the rest of the interior. It was the first time it was left in this condition.

Bussani Team Is THE BEST! Bussani Team Is THE BEST! Darlene has helped me with van rentals since September. Her service and dedication have made a very challenging family issue so much easier. The vans are spectacular and I cannot imagine ever calling for an ambulette again. I would not be able to provide the number of visits my family member needs without Darlene and the Bussani team.

5 STARS IS NOT A HIGH ENOUGH RATING! It's impossible to put in words how much Bussani Mobility helped to make some very special requests a reality. I worked by phone with several Bussani employees as well as Dan Walsh (owner). The attention I received was 2nd to none. Bussani worked diligently to get EVERYTHING right. The return phone calls were prompt and were completely sincere. And if I am being completely honest, I come off as a pain in the ##s. There were many adjustments made for the accommodations needed on the van we were working on. Solutions were found for ALL of them. Bussani made trips from Long Island to Staten Island on more than one occassion for measurements and accuracy. We needed to replace a battery in an… We needed to replace a battery in an Amigo Mobility scooter, but could not access the battery because the bar installed on the scooter to allow it to be lifted into our SUV with our Bruno Curbsider was blocking access. We spoke with Brandon who was very accommodating and arranged for it to be installed without an appointment while we waited. The charge was minimal and we were on our way. Kudos to Bussani!
