We needed to replace a battery in an… We needed to replace a battery in an Amigo Mobility scooter, but could not access the battery because the bar installed on the scooter to allow it to be lifted into our SUV with our Bruno Curbsider was blocking access. We spoke with Brandon who was very accommodating and arranged for it to be installed without an appointment while we waited. The charge was minimal and we were on our way. Kudos to Bussani!

Bussani is very good Bussani is very good. T=Our Honda 2017 is already our third wheelchair accessible van. My recommendation is that sometimes I need to go three or four times for the same problem. Perhaps you could improve customer communication with the technician so that he can get a clearer message of the problem that needs to be fixed.

Our experience was a very positive one Our experience was a very positive one. The staff were very knowledgeable and professional, at the same time friendly and made us feel comfortable putting our trust in their expertise in helping us secure the right vehicle for our needs. They were easily accessible by phone whenever I needed to speak to them, returning calls very promptly if I needed to leave a message. I am very pleased with our entire experience.

I’m impressed with Dan Brusani and… I’m impressed with CEO Dan Brusani and Steve Boccia . Being new with my handicapped disability due to ALS they listened advised and came up with the proper vehicle for my needs. The process was smooth giving me choices with my family needs considered. I will not hesitate to recommend Brusani Mobilty to anyone in need of caring professional services . I’m on the road and living life in a pleasurable way. No stopping me now.

Darlene is the best!! Darlene is the best!! Darlene has always helped me with van rentals. Her service and dedication has made a very challenging family issue so much easier. The vans are spectacular and My Mom feels wonderful being able to get out to enjoy the “outside world”! She REcently was able to be part of my daughter’s (her granddaughter) wedding weekend, which meant the world to her. We would not be able to provide the number of visits my family member needs without Darlene and the Bussani team.
