I just bought my third accessible van… I just bought my third accessible van from Bussani mobility. They have always been there to help when my vans needed service. My second van was totalled shortly after I bought it. Bussani arranged for me to have a rental van while I was waiting for my new van to be ready for delivery. They have been responsive to any of my concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an accessible van or have modifications made to their existing vehicle.

Insurance, social workers, Sales and lending bank all had to come together to make this transaction run smoothly. Steve was the salesman I dealt with… Steve was the salesman I dealt with when purchasing my mobility vehicle. I don't know how he was able to put up with me after my first visit and the following visits when I brought my wife. He answered all I threw at him and many more. He allowed me to rent a similar vehicle to see if it was what we wanted and needed for my handicapped wife. When we finally purchased the vehicle he reimbursed me the rental price. 5 STARS IS NOT A HIGH ENOUGH RATING! It's impossible to put in words how much Bussani Mobility helped to make some very special requests a reality. I worked by phone with several Bussani employees as well as Dan Walsh (owner). The attention I received was 2nd to none. Bussani worked diligently to get EVERYTHING right. The return phone calls were prompt and were completely sincere. And if I am being completely honest, I come off as a pain in the ##s. There were many adjustments made for the accommodations needed on the van we were working on. Solutions were found for ALL of them. Bussani made trips from Long Island to Staten Island on more than one occassion for measurements and accuracy.
