Insurance, social workers, Sales and lending bank all had to come together to make this transaction run smoothly. I worked by phone with several Bussani employees as well as Dan Walsh (owner). The attention I received was 2nd to none. Bussani worked diligently to get EVERYTHING right. The return phone calls were prompt and were completely sincere. And if I am being completely honest, I come off as a pain in the ##s. There were many adjustments made for the accommodations needed on the van we were working on. Solutions were found for ALL of them. Bussani made trips from Long Island to Staten Island on more than one occassion for measurements and accuracy. Thrice charmed My 2020 Toyota Sienna XLE is the third vehicle I have bought from Bussani since 2011, and each time the experience has been excellent. No hassles from the time I talked with a sales person to the time the vehicle was delivered to my door. No hassles in transferring my set of hand controls and my 6-way seat to the new vehicle, and minor glitches have been taken care of quickly and satisfactorily. Questions, especially with the advanced navigation and audio systems have been answered completely. Bussani has maintained its reputation for caring for its customers, and I'm happy to be one of them.
