Darlene is the best!! Darlene is the best!! Darlene has always helped me with van rentals. Her service and dedication has made a very challenging family issue so much easier. The vans are spectacular and My Mom feels wonderful being able to get out to enjoy the “outside world”! She REcently was able to be part of my daughter’s (her granddaughter) wedding weekend, which meant the world to her. We would not be able to provide the number of visits my family member needs without Darlene and the Bussani team.

This process was new to my family and… This process was new to my family and there were many moving parts involved. Insurance, social workers, Sales and lending bank all had to come together to make this transaction run smoothly. Jordan from the Bussani team was great to work with, always calm, positive, polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend Jordan and the Bussani team to anyone.

General maintenance The general maintenance service was done correctly and in a timely fashion. Additional work was performed on the engine as needed. The reason for 4 stars is that the car was not vacuumed out after the service was performed. They had cleaned the dashboard but not the rest of the interior. It was the first time it was left in this condition.

I was so pleased with my last service… I was so pleased with my last service appointment. I was nervous about driving the car myself to the service center in Mamaroneck because my hand controls needed adjusting. So a technician was sent to my house to evaluate the situation and then drove the car to the Mamaroneck service center. Boy, what a relief! My controls were fixed in a day and the next day just picked up the car. Thanks so much Bussani!

5 STARS IS NOT A HIGH ENOUGH RATING! It's impossible to put in words how much Bussani Mobility helped to make some very special requests a reality. I worked by phone with several Bussani employees as well as Dan Walsh (owner). The attention I received was 2nd to none. Bussani worked diligently to get EVERYTHING right. The return phone calls were prompt and were completely sincere. And if I am being completely honest, I come off as a pain in the ##s. There were many adjustments made for the accommodations needed on the van we were working on. Solutions were found for ALL of them. Bussani made trips from Long Island to Staten Island on more than one occassion for measurements and accuracy. If I write any more about my praises of Bussani, this will sound like a paid advertisement. Trust me; Bussani treated me with concern and compassion...like family. Eternally Grateful, Mike Margiotta
