He was exceptionally helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Jordan guided us, without any pressure, to find the right van for our family's needs, financing, etc. His willingness to come to our home made every step of the buying process seamless. I worked by phone with several Bussani employees as well as Dan Walsh (owner). The attention I received was 2nd to none. Bussani worked diligently to get EVERYTHING right. The return phone calls were prompt and were completely sincere. And if I am being completely honest, I come off as a pain in the ##s. There were many adjustments made for the accommodations needed on the van we were working on. Solutions were found for ALL of them. Bussani made trips from Long Island to Staten Island on more than one occassion for measurements and accuracy.
