Our experience was a very positive one Our experience was a very positive one. The staff were very knowledgeable and professional, at the same time friendly and made us feel comfortable putting our trust in their expertise in helping us secure the right vehicle for our needs. They were easily accessible by phone whenever I needed to speak to them, returning calls very promptly if I needed to leave a message. I am very pleased with our entire experience.

Thrice charmed My 2020 Toyota Sienna XLE is the third vehicle I have bought from Bussani since 2011, and each time the experience has been excellent. No hassles from the time I talked with a sales person to the time the vehicle was delivered to my door. No hassles in transferring my set of hand controls and my 6-way seat to the new vehicle, and minor glitches have been taken care of quickly and satisfactorily. Questions, especially with the advanced navigation and audio systems have been answered completely. Bussani has maintained its reputation for caring for its customers, and I'm happy to be one of them.

This process was new to my family and… This process was new to my family and there were many moving parts involved. Insurance, social workers, Sales and lending bank all had to come together to make this transaction run smoothly. Great job on my last visit Great job on my last visit. Service people kept me advised during the repair, showed me parts that needed attention. Repair seems to be right because all my issues were addressed. Yes a little expensive but when the job is done right, people are professional, it is worth it. rich darienzo
