Highly recommend Bussani and their salesperson Jordan This was the best van buying experience we have ever had. Jordan of Bussani Mobility was professional and caring from the moment we met. He was exceptionally helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Jordan guided us, without any pressure, to find the right van for our family's needs, financing, etc. His willingness to come to our home made every step of the buying process seamless. We are extremely happy with our van and can't thank Jordan and Bussani Mobility enough!

They did some research on why the lift… They did some research on why the lift and ramp would not go down.They called mobility where I got the van converted.The old timers techs there said during the warm weather the pistons should have a lot of resistance and the winter more.They switched the heavier pistons to lighter ones and the ramp and tail gate opens.They gave the heavier ones back and told me to bring the van and switch them back.They were helpful and did not give up on trying to correct the problem.I appreciated it.I would recommend any one with a handicap to be fixed or service go to Bussani.

Evaluation of service Professionalism was top notch. Any questions by Jordan answered in timely manner. Delivery was good. Explanation of new van was excellent. Follow up was good. Total experience was very good. Most likely would get another at some time in near future.

Darlene is the best!! Darlene is the best!! Darlene has always helped me with van rentals. Her service and dedication has made a very challenging family issue so much easier. The vans are spectacular and My Mom feels wonderful being able to get out to enjoy the “outside world”! She REcently was able to be part of my daughter’s (her granddaughter) wedding weekend, which meant the world to her. We would not be able to provide the number of visits my family member needs without Darlene and the Bussani team.

I just bought my third accessible van… I just bought my third accessible van from Bussani mobility. They have always been there to help when my vans needed service. My second van was totalled shortly after I bought it. Bussani arranged for me to have a rental van while I was waiting for my new van to be ready for delivery. They have been responsive to any of my concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an accessible van or have modifications made to their existing vehicle.
