He was exceptionally helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Jordan guided us, without any pressure, to find the right van for our family's needs, financing, etc. His willingness to come to our home made every step of the buying process seamless. I just bought my third accessible van… I just bought my third accessible van from Bussani mobility. They have always been there to help when my vans needed service. My second van was totalled shortly after I bought it. Bussani arranged for me to have a rental van while I was waiting for my new van to be ready for delivery. They have been responsive to any of my concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an accessible van or have modifications made to their existing vehicle.

They did some research on why the lift… They did some research on why the lift and ramp would not go down.They called mobility where I got the van converted.The old timers techs there said during the warm weather the pistons should have a lot of resistance and the winter more.They switched the heavier pistons to lighter ones and the ramp and tail gate opens.They gave the heavier ones back and told me to bring the van and switch them back.They were helpful and did not give up on trying to correct the problem.I appreciated it.I would recommend any one with a handicap to be fixed or service go to Bussani.

Steve was the salesman I dealt with… Steve was the salesman I dealt with when purchasing my mobility vehicle. I don't know how he was able to put up with me after my first visit and the following visits when I brought my wife. He answered all I threw at him and many more. He allowed me to rent a similar vehicle to see if it was what we wanted and needed for my handicapped wife. When we finally purchased the vehicle he reimbursed me the rental price.
