No hassles from the time I talked with a sales person to the time the vehicle was delivered to my door. No hassles in transferring my set of hand controls and my 6-way seat to the new vehicle, and minor glitches have been taken care of quickly and satisfactorily. Questions, especially with the advanced navigation and audio systems have been answered completely. GBSteve was the salesman I dealt with… Steve was the salesman I dealt with when purchasing my mobility vehicle. I don't know how he was able to put up with me after my first visit and the following visits when I brought my wife. He answered all I threw at him and many more. He allowed me to rent a similar vehicle to see if it was what we wanted and needed for my handicapped wife. When we finally purchased the vehicle he reimbursed me the rental price. GBI was so pleased with my last service… I was so pleased with my last service appointment. I was nervous about driving the car myself to the service center in Mamaroneck because my hand controls needed adjusting. So a technician was sent to my house to evaluate the situation and then drove the car to the Mamaroneck service center. Boy, what a relief! My controls were fixed in a day and the next day just picked up the car. Thanks so much Bussani!
