GBSteve was the salesman I dealt with… Steve was the salesman I dealt with when purchasing my mobility vehicle. I don't know how he was able to put up with me after my first visit and the following visits when I brought my wife. He answered all I threw at him and many more. He allowed me to rent a similar vehicle to see if it was what we wanted and needed for my handicapped wife. When we finally purchased the vehicle he reimbursed me the rental price. GBBussani is very good Bussani is very good. T=Our Honda 2017 is already our third wheelchair accessible van. My recommendation is that sometimes I need to go three or four times for the same problem. Perhaps you could improve customer communication with the technician so that he can get a clearer message of the problem that needs to be fixed.
