Bussani Team Is THE BEST! Bussani Team Is THE BEST! Darlene has helped me with van rentals since September. Her service and dedication have made a very challenging family issue so much easier. The vans are spectacular and I cannot imagine ever calling for an ambulette again. I would not be able to provide the number of visits my family member needs without Darlene and the Bussani team.

The staff were very knowledgeable and professional, at the same time friendly and made us feel comfortable putting our trust in their expertise in helping us secure the right vehicle for our needs. They were easily accessible by phone whenever I needed to speak to them, returning calls very promptly if I needed to leave a message. I am very pleased with our entire experience.

They did some research on why the lift… They did some research on why the lift and ramp would not go down.They called mobility where I got the van converted.The old timers techs there said during the warm weather the pistons should have a lot of resistance and the winter more.They switched the heavier pistons to lighter ones and the ramp and tail gate opens.They gave the heavier ones back and told me to bring the van and switch them back.They were helpful and did not give up on trying to correct the problem.I appreciated it.I would recommend any one with a handicap to be fixed or service go to Bussani.

The vans are spectacular and My Mom feels wonderful being able to get out to enjoy the “outside world”! She REcently was able to be part of my daughter’s (her granddaughter) wedding weekend, which meant the world to her. We would not be able to provide the number of visits my family member needs without Darlene and the Bussani team.

We needed to replace a battery in an… We needed to replace a battery in an Amigo Mobility scooter, but could not access the battery because the bar installed on the scooter to allow it to be lifted into our SUV with our Bruno Curbsider was blocking access. We spoke with Brandon who was very accommodating and arranged for it to be installed without an appointment while we waited. The charge was minimal and we were on our way. Kudos to Bussani!
