I was so pleased with my last service… I was so pleased with my last service appointment. I was nervous about driving the car myself to the service center in Mamaroneck because my hand controls needed adjusting. So a technician was sent to my house to evaluate the situation and then drove the car to the Mamaroneck service center. Boy, what a relief! Steve was the salesman I dealt with… Steve was the salesman I dealt with when purchasing my mobility vehicle. I don't know how he was able to put up with me after my first visit and the following visits when I brought my wife. He answered all I threw at him and many more. He allowed me to rent a similar vehicle to see if it was what we wanted and needed for my handicapped wife. When we finally purchased the vehicle he reimbursed me the rental price.
