5 STARS IS NOT A HIGH ENOUGH RATING! It's impossible to put in words how much Bussani Mobility helped to make some very special requests a reality. I worked by phone with several Bussani employees as well as Dan Walsh (owner). The attention I received was 2nd to none. Bussani worked diligently to get EVERYTHING right. The return phone calls were prompt and were completely sincere. And if I am being completely honest, I come off as a pain in the ##s. There were many adjustments made for the accommodations needed on the van we were working on. Solutions were found for ALL of them. Bussani made trips from Long Island to Staten Island on more than one occassion for measurements and accuracy. Being new with my handicapped disability due to ALS they listened advised and came up with the proper vehicle for my needs. The process was smooth giving me choices with my family needs considered. Bussani is very good Bussani is very good. T=Our Honda 2017 is already our third wheelchair accessible van. My recommendation is that sometimes I need to go three or four times for the same problem. Perhaps you could improve customer communication with the technician so that he can get a clearer message of the problem that needs to be fixed.
