Perhaps you could improve customer communication with the technician so that he can get a clearer message of the problem that needs to be fixed.

We needed to replace a battery in an… We needed to replace a battery in an Amigo Mobility scooter, but could not access the battery because the bar installed on the scooter to allow it to be lifted into our SUV with our Bruno Curbsider was blocking access. We spoke with Brandon who was very accommodating and arranged for it to be installed without an appointment while we waited. The charge was minimal and we were on our way. Kudos to Bussani!
