Insurance, social workers, Sales and lending bank all had to come together to make this transaction run smoothly. General maintenance The general maintenance service was done correctly and in a timely fashion. Additional work was performed on the engine as needed. The reason for 4 stars is that the car was not vacuumed out after the service was performed. They had cleaned the dashboard but not the rest of the interior. It was the first time it was left in this condition.

I was so pleased with my last service… I was so pleased with my last service appointment. I was nervous about driving the car myself to the service center in Mamaroneck because my hand controls needed adjusting. So a technician was sent to my house to evaluate the situation and then drove the car to the Mamaroneck service center. Boy, what a relief! My controls were fixed in a day and the next day just picked up the car. Thanks so much Bussani!

Steve was the salesman I dealt with… Steve was the salesman I dealt with when purchasing my mobility vehicle. I don't know how he was able to put up with me after my first visit and the following visits when I brought my wife. He answered all I threw at him and many more. He allowed me to rent a similar vehicle to see if it was what we wanted and needed for my handicapped wife. When we finally purchased the vehicle he reimbursed me the rental price.
