Nice product that is well contructed. My first experience with CareProdx as a company. The product was shipped fast, faster than I expected. I had a contract to make a home accessible for a Veteran. His front door was a massive 8 foot steel with steel jamb. the jamb had to be cut to fit the striker plate mechanism. It was a easy install. the Device works awesome the motor operates quietly and smoothly with the remote and phone as well.

Excellent service; excellent product! Once I found CareProdx and it's great selection of shower chairs, including portable folding shower chairs, I couldn't wait to order my chair. We've been doing a lot of traveling lately, and handicapped accessible hotel rooms tend to be small because the bathroom is large to accommodate a wheelchair. I don't need a large bathroom, and the ones with seats in the shower are difficult to find. I use a regular shower chair at home, but I needed one I could take on the road. CareProdx has the perfect solution. I ordered mine on Monday and it was here by Friday, in plenty of time for our next trip. Great Product I bought EZee Regular Size Shower Commode for my mom. I went through many websites looking and finally came to CareProdx.com and saw the most ideal shower chair at a reasonable price. I was impressed that all the parts are sturdy and not too heavy. It was relatively easy to put together when it arrived. The wheels are large enough to move freely about and the locking devices are very sturdy also. It's easy to maintain and really no fuss. I cannot find a better shower chair than this one.

caring service Caring service. I had a problem with a product once I'd bought it, based on the information the manufacturers of a product had given me and CareProdx. They helped solve it and they were very fair to me. Just that they're a small company and special cases like that take time to work out. But I'd buy from them again.
