GBNice product that is well contructed. My first experience with CareProdx as a company. The product was shipped fast, faster than I expected. I had a contract to make a home accessible for a Veteran. His front door was a massive 8 foot steel with steel jamb. the jamb had to be cut to fit the striker plate mechanism. It was a easy install. the Device works awesome the motor operates quietly and smoothly with the remote and phone as well.

GBPoor customer service. Poor QA/QI Purchased a product online and mad an error with the zip code. The item was delivered to the wrong address and returned. No follow investigation even though they had my email and phone #.. It wasn't until I called questioning the delivery date. I believe the mistake should have been discovered before the product was shipped...

GBexcellent shower curtain I made this purchase to replace the old one I have which I purchased in the spring of 2010. And the only reason I'm doing so is because we moved into a home with well water and for awhile it got pretty nasty. The shower curtain has some rust stains on it so rather than having to try and scrub it down I decided to replace it. Otherwise it is in perfect shape. The only thing I'm not crazy about is how stiff it is. Makes it hard to push it back out of the way a little but then I am guessing it has to be that stiff to work in a roll in shower.

GBThe Best Shower Chair We chose Ezee Life Tilt Shower Commode Chair. This chair is sturdy, safe and comfortable. It can even be rolled over a commode or use the bucket that comes with it. It reclines and has a head rest for hair washing. We chose the large wheels in back for stability and safety. As the user of this chair, I am very pleased with all features. It even has a seat belt and foot pedals. I highly recommend this chair.

GBcaring service Caring service. I had a problem with a product once I'd bought it, based on the information the manufacturers of a product had given me and CareProdx. They helped solve it and they were very fair to me. Just that they're a small company and special cases like that take time to work out. But I'd buy from them again.
