This is bad, very bad We ordered a bath chair commode for my bedridden mother on Wednesday 12-28. We were assured they would rush the request to the "warehouse" and it would be shipped via FedEx on thursday, maybe friday at the latest. We were told we could expect it in 5 business days, Thursday 1-5 at the latest. There is no warehouse owned by CareProducts, they order from wholesalers and did not know their wholesaler was closed over the holidays. It now looks like the chair will not be delivered until 1-17. In the meantime my bedridden mother must have bedbaths rather than a shower and use a bedpan. Our bad situation continues. When I called them, they were nice, they gave me a 5% discount, but it does not cover the discomfort and unhappiness. I just wish they had been honest.

Poor customer service. Poor QA/QI Purchased a product online and mad an error with the zip code. The item was delivered to the wrong address and returned. No follow investigation even though they had my email and phone #.. It wasn't until I called questioning the delivery date. I believe the mistake should have been discovered before the product was shipped...

Great product. Easy to travel with. I bought this product so I would be able to take showers while staying at hotels as I have a left leg prosthetic. The product is easy to transport and came with a travel bag. It weighs 10 lbs and is the size approved by airlines to take aboard the plane. Price was reasonable and the agent at CareProdx was very easy to do business with. I received an email in order to track its delivery and the product arrived when promised with no extra shipping charge.

Nice product that is well contructed. My first experience with CareProdx as a company. The product was shipped fast, faster than I expected. I had a contract to make a home accessible for a Veteran. His front door was a massive 8 foot steel with steel jamb. the jamb had to be cut to fit the striker plate mechanism. It was a easy install. the Device works awesome the motor operates quietly and smoothly with the remote and phone as well.

Excellent service; excellent product! Once I found CareProdx and it's great selection of shower chairs, including portable folding shower chairs, I couldn't wait to order my chair. We've been doing a lot of traveling lately, and handicapped accessible hotel rooms tend to be small because the bathroom is large to accommodate a wheelchair. I don't need a large bathroom, and the ones with seats in the shower are difficult to find. I use a regular shower chair at home, but I needed one I could take on the road. CareProdx has the perfect solution. I ordered mine on Monday and it was here by Friday, in plenty of time for our next trip. The product performed up to my expectations, and I would recommend this company and it's products to anyone who needs portable, folding shower chairs!
