Excellent service; excellent product! Once I found CareProdx and it's great selection of shower chairs, including portable folding shower chairs, I couldn't wait to order my chair. We've been doing a lot of traveling lately, and handicapped accessible hotel rooms tend to be small because the bathroom is large to accommodate a wheelchair. I don't need a large bathroom, and the ones with seats in the shower are difficult to find. I use a regular shower chair at home, but I needed one I could take on the road. CareProdx has the perfect solution. I ordered mine on Monday and it was here by Friday, in plenty of time for our next trip. Return Policy, be aware of it before ordering. Ordered the automatic door opener wireless conversion kit for a door opener that I had installed. Well it turned out by the time I received the kit the door opener (From a different company) was no longer going to work properly, so checking to return the kit it appears almost half of what I paid (40%) will be charged for something which I have not even opened the box yet. Ten or twenty percent might be acceptable, that is not. Had I noticed that hidden thing I probably would not have ordered the kit. I am sure they are good products, just not sure that it should be so costly to return an unneeded product when many companies will accept them for free.

caring service Caring service. I had a problem with a product once I'd bought it, based on the information the manufacturers of a product had given me and CareProdx. They helped solve it and they were very fair to me. Just that they're a small company and special cases like that take time to work out. But I'd buy from them again.
