some good, some mediocre I had seen the product at another site for a great price, but the customer service was not so good. On the other hand Nancy (careprodx) was great, but the price was not good. I worked with Kelly and Tim to negotiate a better price, but the best and final price didn't come until I sent them the discounted price advertised by rehabmart.

Sliding transfer bench and Toilet rails Really like the transfer bench--saved me from having to remodel the bathroom and put in a walk-in shower. Works great! Was disappointed that the toilet rails were on back order--have been waiting over a week for them to get here--but are to arrive today and I am sure they will be just as great as the bench.

Excellent service; excellent product! Once I found CareProdx and it's great selection of shower chairs, including portable folding shower chairs, I couldn't wait to order my chair. We've been doing a lot of traveling lately, and handicapped accessible hotel rooms tend to be small because the bathroom is large to accommodate a wheelchair. I don't need a large bathroom, and the ones with seats in the shower are difficult to find. I use a regular shower chair at home, but I needed one I could take on the road. CareProdx has the perfect solution. I ordered mine on Monday and it was here by Friday, in plenty of time for our next trip. XLong slider shower chair Perfect for what we needed. Husband is in wheelchair. I use lift to put him in extra long shower slider chair/toilet chair. It was perfect in length to when I slid him over into the shower...he actually was in the shower. Worked Perfect. Previous ones purchased where not extra long....so he ended up in the opening of the shower which was not doable. It is very sturdy and of good quality. So happy we found this product. Thank You. It changed our world. PS....since the shower curtain will not go over the bars....we cut the curtain to fit right down over the bars and used Velcro. worked great. :)
