GBsome good, some mediocre I had seen the product at another site for a great price, but the customer service was not so good. On the other hand Nancy (careprodx) was great, but the price was not good. I worked with Kelly and Tim to negotiate a better price, but the best and final price didn't come until I sent them the discounted price advertised by rehabmart.

GBThis is bad, very bad We ordered a bath chair commode for my bedridden mother on Wednesday 12-28. We were assured they would rush the request to the "warehouse" and it would be shipped via FedEx on thursday, maybe friday at the latest. We were told we could expect it in 5 business days, Thursday 1-5 at the latest. There is no warehouse owned by CareProducts, they order from wholesalers and did not know their wholesaler was closed over the holidays. It now looks like the chair will not be delivered until 1-17. In the meantime my bedridden mother must have bedbaths rather than a shower and use a bedpan. Our bad situation continues. When I called them, they were nice, they gave me a 5% discount, but it does not cover the discomfort and unhappiness. I just wish they had been honest.

GBGreat Product I bought EZee Regular Size Shower Commode for my mom. I went through many websites looking and finally came to CareProdx.com and saw the most ideal shower chair at a reasonable price. I was impressed that all the parts are sturdy and not too heavy. It was relatively easy to put together when it arrived. The wheels are large enough to move freely about and the locking devices are very sturdy also. It's easy to maintain and really no fuss. I cannot find a better shower chair than this one.

GBNot satisfied We had to return as slightly damaged. Also we were not happy to find on a red slip in the package that the bar could not be depended on to hold you if you put your full weight on it. We did not know this until we received the package and found the red slip in the package with this info. Our refund has been processed and we are satisfied with the promptness of this.

GBReturn Policy, be aware of it before ordering. Ordered the automatic door opener wireless conversion kit for a door opener that I had installed. Well it turned out by the time I received the kit the door opener (From a different company) was no longer going to work properly, so checking to return the kit it appears almost half of what I paid (40%) will be charged for something which I have not even opened the box yet. Ten or twenty percent might be acceptable, that is not. Had I noticed that hidden thing I probably would not have ordered the kit. I am sure they are good products, just not sure that it should be so costly to return an unneeded product when many companies will accept them for free.
