The Best Shower Chair We chose Ezee Life Tilt Shower Commode Chair. This chair is sturdy, safe and comfortable. It can even be rolled over a commode or use the bucket that comes with it. It reclines and has a head rest for hair washing. We chose the large wheels in back for stability and safety. As the user of this chair, I am very pleased with all features. It even has a seat belt and foot pedals. I highly recommend this chair.

Return Policy, be aware of it before ordering. Ordered the automatic door opener wireless conversion kit for a door opener that I had installed. Well it turned out by the time I received the kit the door opener (From a different company) was no longer going to work properly, so checking to return the kit it appears almost half of what I paid (40%) will be charged for something which I have not even opened the box yet. Ten or twenty percent might be acceptable, that is not. Had I noticed that hidden thing I probably would not have ordered the kit. I am sure they are good products, just not sure that it should be so costly to return an unneeded product when many companies will accept them for free.

Poor customer service. Poor QA/QI Purchased a product online and mad an error with the zip code. The item was delivered to the wrong address and returned. No follow investigation even though they had my email and phone #.. It wasn't until I called questioning the delivery date. I believe the mistake should have been discovered before the product was shipped...

Excellent service; excellent product! Once I found CareProdx and it's great selection of shower chairs, including portable folding shower chairs, I couldn't wait to order my chair. We've been doing a lot of traveling lately, and handicapped accessible hotel rooms tend to be small because the bathroom is large to accommodate a wheelchair. I don't need a large bathroom, and the ones with seats in the shower are difficult to find. I use a regular shower chair at home, but I needed one I could take on the road.
