I worked with Kelly and Tim to negotiate a better price, but the best and final price didn't come until I sent them the discounted price advertised by rehabmart.

Not satisfied We had to return as slightly damaged. Also we were not happy to find on a red slip in the package that the bar could not be depended on to hold you if you put your full weight on it. We did not know this until we received the package and found the red slip in the package with this info. Our refund has been processed and we are satisfied with the promptness of this.
