They helped solve it and they were very fair to me. Just that they're a small company and special cases like that take time to work out. But I'd buy from them again.

GBTilt shower chair w/20" seat. This is an expensive item granted, BUT it is exceptionally well designed. Someone or some team put dedicated time and careful thought and well laid plans into this package. Or maybe they're just genius class at what they do : ) Both? : ) : )

GBJust the item we needed The swivel bath transfer bench advertised by this company was the exact item we needed to assure the safety of our disabled loved one. The staff at CareProdx.com was instrumental in helping us find the best fit for us. I plan to use them in the future. I highly recommend both the product and the company.

GBReturn Policy, be aware of it before ordering. Ordered the automatic door opener wireless conversion kit for a door opener that I had installed. Well it turned out by the time I received the kit the door opener (From a different company) was no longer going to work properly, so checking to return the kit it appears almost half of what I paid (40%) will be charged for something which I have not even opened the box yet. Ten or twenty percent might be acceptable, that is not. Had I noticed that hidden thing I probably would not have ordered the kit. I am sure they are good products, just not sure that it should be so costly to return an unneeded product when many companies will accept them for free.
