GBPoor customer service. Poor QA/QI Purchased a product online and mad an error with the zip code. The item was delivered to the wrong address and returned. No follow investigation even though they had my email and phone #.. It wasn't until I called questioning the delivery date. I believe the mistake should have been discovered before the product was shipped...

GBThis is bad, very bad We ordered a bath chair commode for my bedridden mother on Wednesday 12-28. We were assured they would rush the request to the "warehouse" and it would be shipped via FedEx on thursday, maybe friday at the latest. We were told we could expect it in 5 business days, Thursday 1-5 at the latest. There is no warehouse owned by CareProducts, they order from wholesalers and did not know their wholesaler was closed over the holidays. It now looks like the chair will not be delivered until 1-17. In the meantime my bedridden mother must have bedbaths rather than a shower and use a bedpan. Our bad situation continues. When I called them, they were nice, they gave me a 5% discount, but it does not cover the discomfort and unhappiness. I just wish they had been honest.

GBcaring service Caring service. I had a problem with a product once I'd bought it, based on the information the manufacturers of a product had given me and CareProdx. They helped solve it and they were very fair to me. Just that they're a small company and special cases like that take time to work out. But I'd buy from them again.

GBTilt shower chair w/20" seat. This is an expensive item granted, BUT it is exceptionally well designed. Someone or some team put dedicated time and careful thought and well laid plans into this package. Or maybe they're just genius class at what they do : ) Both? : ) : )

GBNot satisfied We had to return as slightly damaged. Also we were not happy to find on a red slip in the package that the bar could not be depended on to hold you if you put your full weight on it. We did not know this until we received the package and found the red slip in the package with this info. Our refund has been processed and we are satisfied with the promptness of this.
