Number 2 incognito I could seriously list a million reasons why this product is so freaking fantastic but that would take up a whole lot of time...so, I just leave this; my father is the smelliest number 2 maker I literally have ever known...seriously, it's so bad...just exiting the bathroom and immediately closing the door behind, still let's out just enough sent to very offensively stain the air all the way from bathroom to back bedroom down the hallway from the bathroom and halfway into the bedroom driving out anything living desperate for clean air...AND POO~POURRI ACTUALLY 110% ELIMINATED THE ENTIRE SITUATION THE FIRST TIME MY FATHER USED THIS. The smelliest number 2 maker was in cognido for the very first time. I can't recommend this enough and is one of the few things I spread through word of mouth.

Best defence for odor offence! Absolutely the best at destroying the odors that follow while destroying your own toilet! Definitely use this product, you wont regret it if you do! You might however if you dont use it and odors waft out of the restroom while unexpected company arrives and you've just gone.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. I had a postal delivery problem. Not their fault but post service delivered to the wrong house. When I enquired they were willing to re ship a new order to me. Very kindly. Finally after finding my package at my neighbors house I let them know right away not to send a new package. But... upon opening my order there was one item missing. Sooo again I was back emailing them about the missing item in my order with no explanation. They kindly refunded my money for the missing item right away. So even though it was quite a long wait and the mix up on delivery not poo pourri control. They handled the problem very quickly and efficiently.
