As my last two purchase (25/08/23)order number 269221/269222 up to this moment I still not receive the order number of 269222 sent email over 10 times it’s took very long time to get your replied. I am living out of us area really hard to call your company. Really upset with your company and will stop my friend to buy products from your company.

CAI ordered 5 of the same product and… I ordered 5 of the same product and unfortunately there was a shortage. I'd contacted to be advised about this and it was suggested to replace the missing ones with another very similar product by the same brand. I was very impressed at the suggestion and definitely went forward with the order. Thank you!

GBSent me wrong item so basically charged… 8/22/2020 Update: Received correct item. Changing my rate from one star to four star. Couldn’t give five star since it took a month to resolve the problem. 8/15/2020 Update: I haven’t received any email/call from you. Did you resolve this issue? Original: Sent me wrong item so basically charged more. I sent emails but never responded.

GBproduct substituted without my consent by one much cheaper and the refund was never processed. Of the 3 items I ordered, one item was: Biodroga Lotus & Science Anti-Age Night Care - 50ml × 1, priced at $140 (non-discount). However, that product was substituted for another: Biodroga Anti-Age Cell Formula Night Care – 50ml, priced at $107.20 (non-discount), so 25% CHEAPER. I see 3 main problems with this order: 1. A replacement was made for an item without my consent. You do possess my telephone number and email address, which would have permitted you to contact me regarding the replacement. 2. The original price (non-discount) for the replacement is 23.4% CHEAPER, resulting in an overcharge. 3. Not only is the alternative less expensive, but it also fails to meet the requirements of my age and skin type. After mailing back the wrong item, which was delivered on February 6, 2024 no refund was processed since then (today is 2/20/2024). I called the company twice and never received a call back. I am profoundly dismayed by such lack of professionalism.
