I am so excited to also find a website that carries a wide range of organic products. I cannot wait to try other product brands as well.

GBGreat product line I love these products! I had a facial at a salon and they used them. I was worried because I have very sensitive skin and a lot of the ones on the market irritate my skin. So glad I found their website so I can order refills!

GBAmazing products Amazing products! Have to say my favourites are the 24hr anti-aging serum and the Annimarie Borlind System absolute Day Cream as they leave my skin not only feeling better but also looking hydrated. The serum absorbs in gorgeously and leaves a fan glow. I use them at night and in the morning my fave us always soft and moisturized. Just a little of both goes a long way , you don't have to use much product!

GBproduct substituted without my consent by one much cheaper and the refund was never processed. Of the 3 items I ordered, one item was: Biodroga Lotus & Science Anti-Age Night Care - 50ml × 1, priced at $140 (non-discount). However, that product was substituted for another: Biodroga Anti-Age Cell Formula Night Care – 50ml, priced at $107.20 (non-discount), so 25% CHEAPER. I see 3 main problems with this order: 1. A replacement was made for an item without my consent. You do possess my telephone number and email address, which would have permitted you to contact me regarding the replacement. 2. The original price (non-discount) for the replacement is 23.4% CHEAPER, resulting in an overcharge. 3. Not only is the alternative less expensive, but it also fails to meet the requirements of my age and skin type. After mailing back the wrong item, which was delivered on February 6, 2024 no refund was processed since then (today is 2/20/2024). I called the company twice and never received a call back. I am profoundly dismayed by such lack of professionalism.
