They Worked With Me When The Unit I Ordered Was Sold Out. They informed me that they were sold out on a refurbished portable concentrator after I made the purchase. They went out of their way to work with me to provide a good price on a brand new unit (after offering different models/units). I was a bit bummed about having to pay extra, however the warranty that came with a brand new unit did help out. I really appreciate them working with me on it.

Oxygen Plus Oxygen Plus , got my machine delivered to me , with a slight delay , they were waiting for some out of stock extra filters for my machine to arrive that I also ordered at the same time . Oxygen Plus has some very good prices on their used concentrators. Thanks Oxygen Plus ;) David

Not Customer Focused My machine arrived in a pristine box, however it was damaged slightly. When i contacted OxygenPlus, i was told to use a butter knife to pop the side back in place and the chipped out piece on the back near one of the housing screws was "normal".

I'm basing this review on the basis of my experience obtaining pre and post sale info, which was quick and factual. The item ordered (refurbished) was out of stock and I was notified quickly and given options; including one for a less expensive different model of the item. I was assured it had the features I needed and that was ordered. There was no problem over credit refunds, etc. because they don't charge the card until an item is shipped. The item itself was as described and is fulfilling my needs.
