Best Customer Service Representative EVER!!! I had ordered DermaSet cream and though the tracking said it was delivered to my doorstep I never received it. Therefore I emailed the customer service department, and they said I needed to ask my mailman and call the post office. I did both to no avail. I emailed the back and was left a voicemail by a customer service representative named Anna. Well I called and she said that it was not DermaSet's fault that the post office lost my package and before she could say another word, I embarrassingly snapped at her and was indignant and start spewing invectives at her. I have to say this is not my usual style but I had a really bad morning and Anna got the brunt of it. After I finished she calmly offered me a solution to my issue. Now I looked like the fool I had been, but she was so accommodating and kind as I tried to apologize for my intense rudeness. I did what she told me to do and she made a point for me to call her after I used her solution (like she'd want to talk to me again)! She was so happy we resolved the issue and could not have had more grace or kindness! It says SO much to me that I was so inappropriate and yet, Anna-this incredibly professional representative was determined to fix any issues I had. DermaSet is lucky to have her-

My skin had begun to shows deep lines of aging and this product improved the appearance of those fines lines wonderfully.
