I signed up having been told that I… I signed up having been told that I would get a diet plan, 3 sessions of kick boxing a week, and accountability texts throughout the program. I did get my sessions, and they were fun. But the diet plan was so simple I could have come up with it myself, and my main issue was there was zero accountability. Not only did I never get a text from my trainer (until the last two weeks when I got a new trainer for an unexplained reason), but it took forever and many tries to get a response back from her. Classes were fun and people were nice at all. But it is nowhere near worth $700 (also there’s nothing for free even after your first 6 weeks). Waisted a ton of money on this.

Awesome place to workout! ILKB-Walnut Creek has been an amazing atmosphere! I have tried many different "group" settings in gyms and have never felt more supported than I do at ILKB! Everyone is so helpful and really care about your success! I'm a big question person and all of the coaches are very patient and answer all of the questions that I have!

ILKB - York I tried ILKB at the end of June and was a member by July 1st! Although I considered myself an athlete as a teenager (a long time ago), I’ve NEVER enjoyed working out or going to the gym... I truly enjoy going to kickboxing! I can’t believe how motivated I am to exercise and get in shape- and I can only thank the awesome instructors for that! They actually make working out fun!!! It’s a welcoming, non-judgemental atmosphere and I can’t say enough great things about it!

Thieves! Does not honor contract! Scam! Thieves! Don't care about their clients! Avoids hundreds of calls and emails! No response! Leaves you hanging! The manager David has completely ghosted me! He has wasted so much of my time trying to get a hold of him and writing emails, now he's going to waste more of my time to take ILK to small claims court. He recorded our phone call, as did I, and I have provided all the documentation & medical notes needed to break my 1 year contract that I paid for upfront without hesitation. I went to maybe 5 classes when suddenly I needed an emergency surgery and could no longer punch for 6-12 months. Every punch was slowly damaging me, and I didn't know it til I blacked out and cracked my face open. They will screw you over! Highly recommend finding a company that keeps their word and honors their contracts. Horrible communication. Horrible management. AVOID ILK!!!

I signed up for the free 6 week… I signed up for the free 6 week challenge & now have a year membership! I love how flexible the class schedules are because my work schedule is different every week. The nutritional program included with the challenge is so helpful to know what’s best for your body and takes out the guesswork. Great, clean environment. Very welcoming. After struggling with motivation and working out on my own, this has been the best decision I’ve made!
