ILKB and I mean it! I have loved my experience at ILKB. I started with the 6-week challenge last summer and quickly realized I'd found my people. From the fantastic instructors to the welcoming members, this community is committed to leaving it all on the mat. If you're looking for a full-body workout like never before, ILKB is the place to be. The instructors and even some veteran members will demonstrate the moves to newbies. These folks are coaches who care about you, your goals, and your growth. Start with the 6-week challenge; I promise you won't regret it!

I signed up for the free 6 week… I signed up for the free 6 week challenge & now have a year membership! I love how flexible the class schedules are because my work schedule is different every week. The nutritional program included with the challenge is so helpful to know what’s best for your body and takes out the guesswork. Great, clean environment. Very welcoming. After struggling with motivation and working out on my own, this has been the best decision I’ve made!

Terrible customer service Class experience and staff is great, but the customer service is horrible. As long as you don’t have questions about anything or need to cancel you’re good. They gave me the run around for two billing cycles when I tried to cancel. It was insane. I eventually had to cancel the card.

I love ilkb! I love, love, love ilkb! If you're looking for an invigorating and fun workout this is the place to go. The energy is great, both from the instructors as well as those attending class. You don't need any prior experience, instructors and others will help and encourage you every step of the way. I would recommend going to the Linthicum, Maryland studio to anyone looking to get in shape, have fun and meet great people.

Loving every minute!!! I’m not going to lie… the first 15 minutes are painful (HITT warm-up). After that, it’s just FUN!!! Six rounds of kickboxing on a bag, with full punches and kicks. The combinations are different for each round and the rounds are different every day… there is no getting bored with this program! I Love Kickboxing has finally gotten me to a) enjoy exercising and b) continue to exercise. I’ve shed both pounds and inches… but most importantly, I’ve shed excuses to not exercise. I highly recommend ILKB to everyone! Try it once, you’ll be hooked!!!
