USAwesome place to workout! ILKB-Walnut Creek has been an amazing atmosphere! I have tried many different "group" settings in gyms and have never felt more supported than I do at ILKB! Everyone is so helpful and really care about your success! I'm a big question person and all of the coaches are very patient and answer all of the questions that I have!

USI love ilkb! I love, love, love ilkb! If you're looking for an invigorating and fun workout this is the place to go. The energy is great, both from the instructors as well as those attending class. You don't need any prior experience, instructors and others will help and encourage you every step of the way. I would recommend going to the Linthicum, Maryland studio to anyone looking to get in shape, have fun and meet great people.

USSo far I’ve been to four kickboxing… So far I’ve been to four kickboxing classes here on Monday afternoon, Tuesday and Thursday night, and Friday afternoon and I love it! The hour is broken up into sections with warm ups, stretches, kickboxing, partner work, and a cool down section and you can go at your own pace! The manager Sara is great and Nicole, another instructor has helped me with my form; the people who also go to the classes are really friendly! There are morning, afternoon, and evening classes which allow you to make your schedule flexible! I am looking forward to my keeping up with it and seeing my results!

USTRY IT! ILKB is by far THE best workout I've ever had! Talk about total body workout! Today marks my 2nd month and I'm obsessed. The facility is always clean, the staff is AMAZING, and the high energy music definitely compliments the workouts! They provide challenges that will give you the motivation you need to push yourself a little harder each week, along with information that will teach you how to build healthy physique. Looking for something different and fun? Look no further!

USILKB - York I tried ILKB at the end of June and was a member by July 1st! Although I considered myself an athlete as a teenager (a long time ago), I’ve NEVER enjoyed working out or going to the gym... I truly enjoy going to kickboxing! I can’t believe how motivated I am to exercise and get in shape- and I can only thank the awesome instructors for that! They actually make working out fun!!! It’s a welcoming, non-judgemental atmosphere and I can’t say enough great things about it!
