I have finally found my niche I have finally found my niche! I could never commit to a gym or exercise routine but I LOVE KICKBOXING! I have a stressful job and the stress melts away after a class. I am challenged but not pushed too far and modifiers are ALWAYS an option. Every single instructor has been supportive, helpful and caring. There is a family vibe to the studio and I love that! Give kickboxing a go, you won’t regret it!

Satisfied Instructors care that you’re actually doing it right, and they’re super observant on every little movement. I got down things I’ve never done before right away because of such amazing help from you guys :). The franchise is clean and orderly, and has an amazing vibe. Definitely will be coming back.

I signed up for the free 6 week… I signed up for the free 6 week challenge & now have a year membership! I love how flexible the class schedules are because my work schedule is different every week. The nutritional program included with the challenge is so helpful to know what’s best for your body and takes out the guesswork. Great, clean environment. Very welcoming. After struggling with motivation and working out on my own, this has been the best decision I’ve made!

Loving every minute!!! I’m not going to lie… the first 15 minutes are painful (HITT warm-up). After that, it’s just FUN!!! Six rounds of kickboxing on a bag, with full punches and kicks. The combinations are different for each round and the rounds are different every day… there is no getting bored with this program! I Love Kickboxing has finally gotten me to a) enjoy exercising and b) continue to exercise. I’ve shed both pounds and inches… but most importantly, I’ve shed excuses to not exercise. I highly recommend ILKB to everyone! Try it once, you’ll be hooked!!!

ILKB I began my journey with ILKB 2 months ago when I entered the 6-week challenge. After the first week of classes, I immediately felt like I would be joining the fam regardless of passing or failing the challenge. All of the trainers try to establish personal relationships with the members, and that makes me feel comfortable and motivated to go to class. They always push me to go beyond my limits, and I am grateful for that as I start doing things that I never thought I could do before. ILKB helps me to get closer to my personal goals.
