We were skeptical at first when we ordered on the 1st of this month, but they pretty much shipped almost immediately after the order. It took 2 weeks to get here, which is understandable since it's coming from India. Didn't have any problems with customs or anything. I was also worried that there might be a chance they send the wrong item because of some of the reviews that I read, but the Tradjenta is Legit. So these guys are a lifesaver, I was worried how we'd be able to afford his meds. Also, their automated email updates during shipping was informative and was very punctual. Will definitely deal with these guys again.

Great product, timely delivery Like others I was a little apprehensive the first time I ordered, but If you know what you want this is the place to go. Place your order, pay your invoice and it's on the way. Takes a few weeks to reach your door in the US but well within the promised time frame when ordered. Great quality products at a fraction of the cost I was paying domestically.

WARNING BUYER BEWARE WARNING BUYER BEWARE ! Order NEVER DELIVERED Terrible customer WITH NO PHONE NUMBER. STRICTLY EMAIL I sent six email inquiries about my order delivery after a failed delivery. Here’s the issue mail stopped and returned by post office do to incomplete addressing by Vendor “ no street or address info listed on label. The tracking system didn’t have any location info. Long story short no response from MEDYPHARMA. HAD TO CONTACT PAYPAL for help and to contact MEDYPHARMA. They never responded to PayPal. So a refund was issued.

Worse company to order from Worse company to order from, they send you the medications which are next to expiry date, I tried two times and both times they sent me medications which were due to expire in 3 months and ordered quantity was for 1 yr supply. Contacted them but no resolutions.

The entire process was perfect !!! The entire process from order to delivery was just perfect. The website for ordering was secure, which is extremely important, I was able to use my trusted PAYPAL account to pay for my order. My order arrived in a timely manner, and it was packaged well, and the contents were in perfect shape. I have no complaint about this order whatsoever, only good things to say.
