NLYoung Living ARIA Diffuser malfunctioning We bought over a year ago with Young Living the top range of the diffusers the ARIA. From one day to another the ARIA has malfunctions and appears to be beyond repair. The customer service can only but refer to the general conditions, the warranty has expired and the client support has no sense of consideration to replace the ARIA at a reduced price. Several mails were sent but the answers were all times a general negative. Very poor service level. Don't buy.

GBWe love Young Living and Their Farms We love Young Living farms, customer service and most of all the products work! We have oils and products everywhere in our home. I have traveled to many of the worldwide farms. It's an amazing experience! They're a great company going on 30 years in the business and they keep getting better and better. We have been using the products, visiting the spa in South America, visiting the farms and attending company conferences for over 20 years. Young Living is the best way to support you in your health goals hand down with no close competition.

GBGood products but the way the… Good products but the way the management handles the customer service agents, its quite bad. Low pay, some teams are forced to take holidays when they actually dont want. On busy teams they asked you to stay longer without extra pay. Some cases you get the time back. Only when you keep asking. End of month benefits and draws all cut. YL does not learn from other customer service companies. They sometimes force you to do 2x30 min lunch break if you dont say anything.

GBTop quality oils and products Top quality oils and products. The most excellent customer care, if I have ever had a question problem it has always been resolved very quickly. I love using chat, very convenient for me but calling is just as good. I know they have the best quality control from picking out the seeds all the way until it is sealed up in the bottle. YL oils have helped keep my family healthy and support our bodies.

AEDreadful business practice Dreadful business practice. Wonderful (if expensive) oils but the company is so disorganized. Waiting weeks without any information on ETA or orders and the online staff have no information either. Plus it takes days for them to reply to an email. Lovely products but they really shouldn't be running a business. Try Tissarend instead.
