Left a church bus with non-functioning … Left a church bus with non-functioning wheel chair lift several weeks ago and still don't have it back. Not really any friction, but need to get it fixed and get it back. Need the bus and need the lift.

An overall great experience An overall great experience. They was well informed and eager to explain issues clearly. They was not only very helpful but most cordial and friendly.

GREAT people but our experience was… GREAT people but our experience was unfortunately less than perfect when buying our new BraunAbility van, some of the issues experienced were definitely out of the control of the staff at Superior Van and Mobility the staff however went out of their way to insure everything was fixed to get us on our way. I have and I still will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a mobility vehicle or repairs on their existing vehicle.

The employees @ Sup Van have gone that… The employees @ Sup Van have gone that extra mile out of their way to ease the transition process and make the mobility process more easily attainable. They have offered suggestions to address and to facilitate areas of concern. I have also been impressed with their involvement in community activities and their sponsorship of activities@ Rehab Hospital of Ind. I look forward to continued conversations. Kathy / jim Beck

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! I trusted them when they told me my sons chair would fit so we purchased a brand-new Chevy Traverse our first ever handicap vehicle. When we got his powerchair and realized that it didn't fit the first thing I did was contact Superior Van and Mobility thinking that they would make it right with us. WRONG!!! They never once backed up the fact that they said it would fit. Instead, they said it was a used car now and that I would be losing money on the buy back! It was not our fault, but we are the ones losing money because we trusted them. NEVER buy from them unless you have it in writing that the wheelchair will fit. These cars are already expensive and then to lose our hard-earned money because a company doesn't care about their customers or handicap families. Apparently, all they care about is getting a sale and making money off people. Shame on them! If I could give a rating lower, then this I would!
